Schoolboards should focus on core education (literacy, math, science, ...), not indoctrination into pseudo-religious ideology (gender theory, CRT, etc.)

I am speechless. Thomas Aquinas College just dropped a study on the rigor of the new SAT. It compares the 1980/87 test with 2026. The findings should terrify every parent and teacher... Vocabulary has collapsed. Old SAT: 70.6% of questions tested vocab. New SAT: 15%. The old test forced students to know a wide range of words through analogies, antonyms, and sentence completions. The new test abandoned that. Most vocab questions now just ask students to fill in one blank from context. Reading passages also got radically shorter (average ~97 words vs 300–340). The new test uses short expository passages and hands you the necessary background knowledge inside the text. The older tests leaned much more heavily on argumentative and persuasive writing, assumed far more historical, scientific, and cultural knowledge, and penalized students who lacked it. This is a redefinition of what "college readiness" means. If you believe that kids should develop rigorous vocabulary, be capable of sustained reading, and possess background knowledge, I have bad news for you. The SAT no longer measures these. If you want a future where children can actually read difficult texts and construct complex arguments, the SAT must be replaced now. This cannot go on.
We were concerned that the SAT has become a less reliable measure of student preparedness for a rigorous college curriculum. So, we commissioned a study from Johns Hopkins University. What does this study tell us about the state of higher education? The results are shocking. thaq.co/4iLThZ0

Why can you get OSAP to go to school in Iran, China, Gaza, ... @fordnation @lornecoe?
BREAKING—OSAP has cut off Ontario private colleges and their students getting loans and grants, but students attending post secondary institutions in Gaza or Iran or in China are still eligible for their grants that are paid by Canadian taxpayers, but administered through Ontario

I believe truth, trust, and transparency must be fundamental to how the WRDSB is governed. A publicly funded board ought to serve the public –the people. For years, I have done the work — communicating with teachers, principals, senior staff, attending meetings, researching and impacting policy and decisions, filing Freedom of Information requests, delegating before trustees, serving on parent committees, organizing community events, meeting with elected officials, and speaking with and connecting with thousands of parents, educators, staff, and citizens. That experience has shown me where change is needed. Good governance requires more than celebrating accomplishments. Trustees must be willing to ask difficult questions, examine results, scrutinize decisions, and ensure that parents, educators and the public have a meaningful voice in the process. Parents should not have to agree with the Board in order to have their perspectives heard and acknowledged. Safeguarding our children from age-inappropriate content ought not be negotiable. Educators should be supported to focus on effective teaching. Students should be challenged to develop knowledge, skills, confidence, curiosity, and the ability to think critically for themselves, with the resilience to get back up when they fall short. I cannot, in good conscience, nor expect other families to, continue placing our children, our trust, and our public dollars into a system without doing everything I can to help ensure that system is worthy of all three. The challenges placed before me—and the solutions I have helped pursue—have given me a sense of responsibility to use that experience to help restore a public education system that earns the trust of the people it serves. Because public education should be a system families choose with confidence, educators are honoured to serve in, and students are better for having experienced.

A billion dollars of your taxes fund the WRDSB, which uses that money to cancel Canada's first PM and hide gender transitions from parents. I'm running for WRDSB trustee for Waterloo-Wilmot to restore academic excellence with transparency, free thought, and open dialogue.

Ontario in 2026 under @fordnation: - You can have two complete sets of genitals under OHIP - Heathy teenage girls can get mastectomies to "cure" a mental health delusion - Life saving cancer treatment: NOPE! nationalpost.com/news/canada…
A 37-year-old Ontario father with Stage 4 melanoma says OHIP is blocking access to a $600,000 cancer treatment in Florida despite him winning a court challenge. Ontario has since changed its rules to limit out-of-country drug funding to treatments already covered in the province.

Wonder why inflation, rent, and taxes are so high? Here is an example. Together, @MarkJCarney and @fordnation allowed, enabled, and ignored this until it finally exploded. Ontario tax payers on the hook for $$100's of millions! youtube.com/watch?v=Zt7f9RRH…

The ideologically blinded activists who pushed gender identity rights over sex based rights still refuse to acknowledge that bad actors (perverts, pedos, rapists) game the system to exploit vulnerable people (women, kids). Well meaning "progressives" have no solution either.
Great to hear @KellyDeRidderMP standing up for women and girls in committee. This is the just the start of the types of conversations we need to be having to ensure that the equal dignity of women and girls is protected, not subverted to the tyranny of a minority. It’s time to recognize that @MeghanEMurphy was completely correct in 2017 when she testified to the senate that Bill C-16, which added ‘gender identity’ to the Canadian Human Rights Act, would legally force women to be inclusive of men without regard for our own safeguarding.

A very high percentage of trans identifying people have experienced childhood trauma and abuse.
The tragic story of Mackenzie McClelland. Raped by her father. Forced abortion to hide the incest. Instead of therapy, healing, and treatment… doctors agreed to mutilate her to create a fake penis. A desperate attempt to become to avoid ever becoming a victim again 👇🏻

The explosion of gender identity obsession was a fad. Thankfully, it is passing! The only people mourning this are pedos and lunatic far leftists.

1/ Ontario school boards paid at nearly $3 million to third-party consultants for equity, anti-racism, human-rights, and identity-based teacher training. And that is only the FOI disclosure that I was able to document in 12 months due to cost constraints. 🧵

What a disgrace! @DDSBSchools spent over $685,000 on DEI consultants resulting in no measurable improvement. While parents struggle to put groceries on the table, DDSB and others are spending your tax dollars to make a small handful of snake oil hucksters rich. @PaulCalandra

4/ Durham District School Board recorded the highest total at $685,427. West-Burns received $434,439, or 63%, for work related to equity, anti-Black racism, and culturally responsive teaching.

FGM is illegal in Canada and yet girls in this country are subjected to this barbaric practice, many during summer vacations abroad. Yet this abuse goes unprosecuted. @DDSBSchools refused to work with an anti-FGM charity to raise awareness about this hideous crime.

Trigger warning! This practice needs to be banned! It’s extremely barbaric!

The fact that I was suspended from my son’s school council was public. What I am revealing now is, before the board suspended me, I had already spent months under a confidential human-rights investigation over for objecting to the same thing - the boards lack of legal authority to impose a land acknowledgement at school council meetings. And was cleared... It's a story about what happens when a body meant to help hold the education system accountable to parents was instead used to hold a parent accountable to the education system. 🙃 I was right the whole time. It took two investigations, a suspension, and almost two years before the board acknowledged it. And many thanks to @C2CJournal for working with me to tell this whole absurd story properly. c2cjournal.ca/2026/09/school…

An example of the linkage between Transhumanism and Transgenderism/gender ideology. These people actually want the "Brave New World" Huxley wrote about!😲 And they want to indoctrinate your children to embrace this. WAKE UP!
Trans-identified male Petra De Sutter (Paul), who has been the Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium since 2020, and was formerly a member of the European Parliament, gave a TEDx talk in Brussels in 2018 praising Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World" as a vision of a future to aspire to. In the talk, titled "Tele-Babies," De Sutter, a former gynecologist, praises gene-editing as a moral imperative and quotes Julian Savulescu, who has co-authored an academic paper on "why eugenic selection is preferable to enhancement." "In the world of Aldous Huxley, procreation is not something that is connected with sexuality or with relationship or family-building anymore. You just go to a clinic or a factory, if you wish, and you give your gametes. After so many months, you can pick up your child, which has been genetically enhanced and designed according to the features that you want." De Sutter has previously been accused of a conflict of interest when campaigning to alter laws to permit the surrogacy industry in Europe. He has openly profited from surrogacy practices in the hospital where he worked as a gynecologist, University Hospital of Ghent, and co-developed a surrogacy clinic in India called Seeds of Innocence. pace.coe.int/en/news/6355/pa… assembly.coe.int/nw/xml/XRef… ohchr.org/en/special-procedu… sistersofeurope.com/women-ar… timesofindia.indiatimes.com/… thejakartapost.com/news/2020… architecture.live/seeds-of-i…
