Cash on delivery should be normal, not a favour. Buyers fear scams & bad quality, sellers fear losses. But if you want customers to trust your online business, you have to make them feel safe to buy. Risk is part of business. Payment before delivery nahhh

Hacking Uganda is so hard not because of good cybersecurity but poor internet and electricity . As a hacker you be kufumbaring your thing then boom client has lost internet or electricity has disconnected the two of you.
