3-year-old boy killed in #Hyderabad #hitandrun
A 3-year-old boy, Izanuddin, was killed after being run over by an XUV (AP11AN6899) in the IS Sadan police station limits in Hyderabad.
The boy was crossing the road near IS Sadan X Road, where he had come with his parents to eat chaat at #FusionSix .
#CCTV footage captured the accident. The driver allegedly fled the spot without stopping.
The critically injured child was rushed to a #hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
#ISSadan police are searching for the driver based on #CCTV footage and have registered a #case.
#Yakutpura MLA Zafar Hussain also visited the #accident site.

And no exemplary action being taken about consumption as well as drunk driving? I suppose in a State with prohibition, police cannot even justify purchase & deployment of breathalysers, which makes drunk driving undetectable until someone crashes and/or kills/gets killed.

While cars are getting faster, driver training is rapidly disappearing from 🇮🇳. Automatic transmission = uncontrolled speeds.
Someone needs to do a survey of
1. how many of these crashing cars are A/T,
2. how many of them are >100bhp, and
3. how many drivers are aged <30yrs.
Speechless watching these speeding accidents by cars even on small roads.
No respect for others life. No fear of law and order. They should be treated like any other murderer.
