This is the real aim of the separatists - not an independent Wales, but a Wales subservient to unelected EU bureaucrats and other globalist woke technocratic bodies.
Wales can't join the EU without independence And if independence is just a stepping-stone to a Globalist-run EU, dominated by an unelected Commission, forcing net zero, open borders, CBDC, travel restrictions, then I don't want independence teapawt.org/WalesForEurope/status/…

The Bank of England can't lower global oil prices. But it can make your mortgage more expensive. Mortgages UP. Energy bills UP. Taxes UP. And private-sector wages are barely keeping pace. I explain why I think raising interest rates is the wrong decision. How are you coping with all these rising costs?
BREAKING: BANK OF ENGLAND RAISES INTEREST RATES FROM 3.75% TO 4%. The Bank can't lower global oil prices, but it can make your mortgage more expensive. Britain's households are already being squeezed by rising energy bills, expensive mortgages and weak wage growth. Here's why I think this is the wrong decision. statsjamie.co.uk/p/the-bank-…

SENEDD FACE-OFF: SIONED WILLIAMS FLIPS AS CRISTIANA EMSLEY DEMANDS 'SCRIPTURAL' PROOF! A FIERY Senedd exchange has exposed the massive gap between political rhetoric and 'scriptural' reality after Plaid Cymru Senedd Member Sioned Williams flew into a rage when challenged on face coverings. When Reform UK’s Cristiana Emsley directly asked her to identify the specific verse in the Quran that allegedly requires Muslim women to wear a burqa, Williams completely lost her cool. Instead of answering a straightforward question with facts, Williams accused Emsley of spreading "false information" and fueling "hate and division". But the parliamentary and scriptural facts speak for themselves: no such command exists. THE SCRIPTURAL REALITY Far from requiring total facial concealment, primary Islamic traditions explicitly reject hiding one's identity. In a foundational narration recorded in Sunan Abi Dawud (Hadith 4104), Muhammad specifically addressed Asma bint Abu Bakr regarding women's attire upon reaching maturity, explicitly pointing to his face and hands as the parts that remain uncovered. SECURITY & TRANSPARENCY FIRST The historical and legal logic behind excluding the face and hands is crystal clear: - Identification & Public Accountability: Total anonymity destroys basic social order. Keeping the face visible ensures individuals can be properly identified in public life and legal proceedings. - Security & Threat Mitigation: Leaving the hands uncovered prevents the concealment of weapons or blades—a vital practical measure for public safety and security. - True Modesty: Scriptural modesty (Haya) applies to both men and women alike, governing conduct, character, and humble dress—not the complete erasure of personal identity. SHIFTING THE GOALPOSTS Instead of addressing the scriptural and practical realities of face coverings, Cardiff Bay politicians like Sioned Williams continue to hide behind standard deflection tactics and emotional outbursts when challenged on security and community cohesion. When a simple question regarding scriptural evidence cannot be answered, calling for public transparency is not "divisive"—it is basic parliamentary scrutiny.

Plaid certainly don’t like us sharing the same air. Sorry to them, we’re not going anywhere. We have a job to do and no matter how uncomfortable it makes them, we’re going to do it on behalf of every voter that put a X next to a Reform candidate. Only 3.5 years to go. Enjoy it. We will.
Only half way through the week and it has been wild 😆 very proud of our Reform UK Wales team🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Carrying out proper scrutiny, producing & articulating excellent questions and debates. One thing is for sure, Reform are faced with a Plaid government which bangs on about diversity, yet that sentiment stops when it comes to the diversity of thought of others. Plaid along with their colleagues, Labour, spent 27 years in an echo chamber. Reform have dismantled that chamber. So buckle up, and enjoy the next 3 and a half years of having a proper opposition government. #wales #swansea #gower #reformwales

First up is the current speaker Huw Irranca Davies. Despite being on a hugely inflated salary of almost £131,000. He still claims £180 to pay for his office TV licence. Member offices don’t require a TV when their staff already have laptops given to them by the Senedd.
🚨In the 6 months since the senedd election, MS’s have already claimed nearly £380,000 in expenses. That’s just under £4000 a member. I will highlight some of the most absurd claims in the coming days.

🤦‍♂️ You really couldn’t make this up! Our NHS is struggling, hospital services are under threat, and families across Wales are struggling to make ends meet. Yet the Welsh Government has been spending taxpayers’ money on beekeeping lessons in Africa and financial literacy courses in Uganda! Why on earth is this a spending priority for the Welsh Government? We already contribute towards the UK’s overseas aid budget. Labour started this spending, and Plaid Cymru is continuing it. It’s time the Welsh Government remembered who it’s supposed to be working for. Welsh taxpayers deserve better value for their money! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 telegraph.co.uk/politics/202…

💷 WORKERS SQUEEZED. BENEFITS RISE. You work hard, get a pay rise to keep up with inflation, yet end up WORSE OFF because the Government takes an increasing share in tax. Meanwhile, many benefits rise in line with inflation. 🎙️ As I told @Iromg , we're effectively robbing Peter to pay Paul. Why should workers lose spending power while income tax thresholds remain frozen? Shouldn't tax thresholds rise with inflation too?

Plaid Cymru cannot be trusted. They promised a full independent Wales-specific COVID inquiry. Now in power they have abandoned that pledge, selling bereaved families down the river. This U-turn is utterly shameless.

The Welsh Government has no respect for your money. 🗑️ £25k on disability-inclusive beekeeping in Ghana and Uganda. 🗑️ £19k on radio phone-ins so farmers in Wales and Uganda can chat about climate change. 🗑️ £21k on financial literacy for LGBTQI+ people in Uganda. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Meanwhile, our hospitals, our roads and our high streets are crying out for investment. Reform's position is clear: Welsh money should be spent in Wales. Dwr Cymru is the worst water firm for external sewer flooding in England and Wales, industry regulator Ofwat has revealed. This is, obviously, a disgrace. I recently met Lucy Jones, from campaign group Surfers Against Sewage, at Llantwit Major beach. We discussed the extent of the problem and action that can be taken to fix them. My view is clear: if we’re to sort it out, we must understand where regulatory power lies. Ofwat is the water industry’s economic regulator. Water isn’t devolved, so Ofwat is answers to the British Government in Westminster. Environmental regulation, by contrast, is devolved. As such, sewage discharges are governed by Senedd ministers’ regulator, Natural Resources Wales. It’s been obvious for years that NRW is unfit for purpose. It’s too big, carrying out regulatory and commercial functions. That’s why it must be closed and replaced. Shutting down NRW, and splitting its regulatory and commercial functions, is crucial to resolving sewage discharges. Plaid Cymru separatist ministers must take this crucial step.
