Odin is a beautiful 3 year old male Border Collie. He is available and looking for a new home.
Sadly due to the owners health , Odin needs someone who can provide him the stimulation and attention he needs. He is very much loved but would be best in a home with someone who can give him lots of walks and attention.
He is chipped and neutered and healthy with no concerns.
Odin can be wary of strangers to begin with and would need a little time to get use to anyone new.
He is okay with some pets and can be wary of others - due to this, he’d be best in a home with no other pets to save him any unsettlement.
Odin eats dry and wet food and is also crate trained.
He loves toys and can be strong on the lead.
Odin has had the same owner since being a pup.
He isn’t a fan of the hoover but does love to play with a ball.
He is more of a fan of women than men, so may be best with a lone female looking for company, although we will consider male households too.
Odin is very loving and affectionate. No cats.

Quedé mudo de la emoción después de encontrarnos un grupo de cotorras montañeras que buscaban sal en un acantilado del Páramo del Sol cerca a Urrao.
Sentía la piel erizada pero a la vez una paz enorme, y es que se acercaron a curiosearnos mientras nos “hablaban”y movían la cabeza como haciéndonos preguntas que podría traducir así: Hola, que hacen, que es eso que tienen en las manos, tambien vinieron por sal? Se ven tranquilos, pero hablen, a ver, que se traen?, como reacción solo me salió un gesto vocal sin sonido, un “wow” que ellas recibieron con toda tranquilidad, luego nos olvidaron ya que parece tenían conversaciones pendientes.
Estábamos a solo 5 metros y por esto no nos pudimos mover hasta que se fueron, entonces nos regresamos calladitos por el camino y como a 100 mt celebramos brincando y chocando mano como niños que habían olvidado por un momento cuantas décadas cargaban encima y el equipo que colgaba en los hombros.

In a quiet lil kennel, a black Labrador sits patiently behind a metal gate.
He has a raised bed, a metal bowl, and a lil sunlight shining on the worn floor.
He doesn’t bark or make a fuss. He just sits there, watching everyone who walks by.
Every time he hears footsteps, he lifts his head a lil… hoping this time, someone will stop.
Maybe someone will call his name, reach out, and gently rub behind his ears.
