Put in the work, get no reward—the sad reality of #RugbyKE.
The neglect on the 15s is so bad. Things feel directionless. The Kenya Simbas & @TheKenyaCup deserve a seat at the table and a clear, funded road map.
Right now, it feels like they are not in any plan at all. OTEK!

May we never be so consumed by playing for the badge that we forget to build something meaningful with the people who wear it beside us.
To every player, Coach and teammate who make the journey worthwhile; You are part of something bigger than the game.

“Locally, I would love to play for Kenya Harlequins. It is a great team, and representing Quins would be something I would really look forward to."

Wenye rugby said we're good in sevens and we should focus on that. Who are we to say no.
Quick question. Can you support Fred Ollows to become the KRU chair? I want to believe he's got solutions to our 15s problem. He can do better than the rest.
Mabwa is too quick⚡
His performance at 9 in the first half before shifting to 10 was a 9/10 rating. One more thing, did you see how Nondies forwards were hiting wide and running into space at speed?
More fitness and being clinical is what they need at the moment.
Pound for pound. This is how you describe this fixture. It's always the one who sticks to the book that wins. This time round it was KCB who came out victorious.

To the players, your safety should come first. In the Impala vs Nondies game Victor Were concussed, he almost fell down while trying to get off the ground after a tackle he had made. It's his team mates that came and supported him. Funny thing is that he continued to play.
He will miss the first three kenya cup games plus the Enterprise Cup pre quaters.🤔
@MwambaRFC having the complete Livoi/Ondego/Ndayala set might just be an asset over the #KenyaCup season,
Takes me back to when the squad had the Asego siblings alongside the, Khayange/Injera/Agevi siblings while the Saki/Jay Fijian siblings were in too.

Aya! Aya! The boys band watakua area ready to support their own, Wanyudhee. Where will you be tomorrow? The place to be is Impala grounds Ngong Road for some good rugby and entertainment. Make sure you grab your tickets now. You can't afford to miss.

This Ogot guy has done a lot to our rugby in terms of growth. He should be celebrated.

Daktari preaching...
"Mungu akaumba binadamu kwa mfano wake..."
This text has never been truer. #safari7s confirmed this.
God created beautiful people, and they come in all shapes and sizes, as the sport allows.
Mungu ni fundi! Sema AMEN!

Same guy vs KCB now versus Morans.
He's good at what he does.
