I remember when Obama was elected, the debt was only $7T, it was one of the biggest topics at every debate. Obama then hitting $10T was massive.
We're now at $40.5T and still accelerating.
Everyone gets money except the working class.

Need to have kids so badly it makes my stomach ache. I'd work 3 jobs 100 hours a week to support a stay at home wife that'll give me 20 kids. I need to have this or die in a war ASAP
Child molestor gets 12
Women who killed her 3 kids gets a mistrial
Man who kills a convicted child molester gets 80
Indiana man receives 80 years after the convicted molester of his young relative served roughly seven of a 12-year term.
⠀
Nicholas Stanley, 36, of Elkhart was sentenced Thursday to the maximum in Elkhart County Circuit Court for the June 24, 2025, sh*oting of Allen Cogswell, 35, at the Daylite Inn.
⠀
Cogswell pleaded guilty in 2018 to molesting Stanley’s relative under age 14 and to possessing child p*rnography, with three additional counts dropped in the plea.
⠀
He received 12 years plus probation and was released May 28, 2025, after a judge earlier denied early release over prison conduct violations.
⠀
Stanley testified he went to room 251 intending only to confront and beat Cogswell.
⠀
Seeing him through the window made his brain “explode like a tsunami,” so he retrieved a shotgun from his car, knocked, and fired twice into the head and chest when the door opened.
⠀
“I decided that I had to do what I had to do to protect my family. I had to k*ll him,” Stanley told the jury.
⠀
A jury convicted him of m*rder last month. The sentence is 55 years plus 10 for aggravating factors and 15 for the firearm enhancement, requiring at least 75 percent served.
⠀
Judge Michael Christofeno refused a sudden heat instruction that could have allowed a mansl*ughter conviction, citing time for cool reflection while Stanley walked back to the car.
⠀
Stanley’s attorney plans an appeal on that ruling.
⠀
Cogswell’s mother called the sh*oting “overk*ll.” Stanley’s sister and friends wore shirts reading “de*d ped*philes don’t reoffend” and said they have written lawmakers demanding full terms for such offenders.
⠀
The man who protected his family faces decades while the original offender walked free after serving little more than half his sentence.

Men aren’t as motivated to work because it no longer gets them a good wife and children like it used to.
Without a family to provide for they don’t see as much reason to work hard anymore.

The estate’s lawyer accuses Anthropic of building its business on copyright infringement at an unprecedented scale.
Anthropic has also been sued by music publishers including Sony, Universal and Warner.
Boomers refusing to retire is another massice FU. At my work, they created 90% of our current contract around their positions. Make double all other techs, made it nearly impossible for anyone to get in, and impossible for them to be surplused.

Yeah this has been happening since 2008….But bow has become more of a problem….. remember boomers were supposed to retire 20 years ago and many didn’t….
Company has already soft announced that they wont be refilling these positions and instead will contract out. Boomers here have been saying, "it'll be your turn eventually" as they pack up the board and leave with it.
There's several Gen X and millennials here in my position that are far better techs than majority of those boomers that have been patiently waiting their turn for 10-20 years here, and they're watching it blow up before their eyes.

So the third-largest company on the planet is willing to cut 27% of its workforce due to AI, its stock rises on the news, and I’m supposed to believe this technology is great for the future of humanity?
It was never about employee productivity
BREAKING: Microsoft, $MSFT, is offering buyouts to 60,000 workers as part of the company’s efforts to cut costs amid AI adoption, per Bloomberg.
Personnel on select teams in the US, Canada, India, and the UK at a vice president level and below will be eligible.
This reflects ~27% of Microsoft's total workforce.
