From that day on, Milo had a name, and he knew that this human—who he would later learn was named Clara—loved him, and that he had a home, safe and warm, with her and his mother.

Cheerio then.
Terms accepted. What’s the saying? Two birds? One stone?

Another dry legal thread on an interesting issue of law. It is a criminal offence under section 44 of the Serious Crime Act 2007 to encourage or assist another to commit an offence under s. 61 PPERA.
A dry legal thread on Section 61(1) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000, “Offences concerned with evasion of restrictions on donations”, which reads, 61.—(1) A person commits an offence if he— (a) knowingly enters into, or (b) knowingly does any act in furtherance of any arrangement which facilitates or is likely to facilitate, whether by means of any concealment or disguise or otherwise, the making of donations to a registered party by any person or body other than a permissible donor.

Unreal.
How am I just now learning the woke term “non-practicing white”? It’s fantastic.

Wake up, @andyburnham
UK terror threat level currently defined as "severe", meaning an attack is highly likely as MI5 chief Sir Ken McCallum warns Britain must 'build defences' against radical Islamic threats. Meanwhile our government is alienating Israel one of our best intelligence sources.

What an absolute joke.
MI5 issues a stark warning that the UK faces a serious threat from radical Islam. It's reassuring to know our police force is on top of it.

Well, @andyburnham ? Your 'support' for Israel is flimsy. There's more to opposing antisemitism than going on about honey. Remember, Iran and Hamas have welcomed @FCDOGovUK statement. Wrong people are cheering you.
Replying to @andyburnham
.@andyburnham Adrian Daulby and Melvin Cravitz died defending their synagogue on the holiest day of the Jewish calendar. That deserves to be remembered properly, and nothing that follows should be read as taking away from that. But you cannot write this message and also be the Prime Minister who chose the week of the October 7 anniversary to declare Israel's occupation "unlawful" and accuse its settlers of "ethnic cleansing," language your own Foreign Secretary used publicly. You cannot pledge £310 million to protect British Jews from a rising climate of hostility while your government supplies the rhetoric that climate feeds on. The Community Security Trust recorded a 21 per cent rise in antisemitic incidents this year. That did not happen in a vacuum removed from what senior members of your government say about Israel and how they say it. Phil Rosenberg himself, the man whose honey sits in your kitchen, warned publicly that focusing narrowly on Israeli government actions "fuels a climate of hatred not only towards Israel but towards British Jews." He said this the same week your Foreign Secretary announced the sanctions. You cannot quote his generosity in one paragraph and ignore his warning in the next. Security funding is necessary and welcome. It is not sufficient, and it is not a substitute for asking whether your own government's language is making that funding more necessary than it needs to be. A new year message that omits that question isn't a commitment. It's a way of avoiding one. "Adrian Daulby and Melvin Cravitz died defending their synagogue on the holiest day of the Jewish calendar."

You're being cheered on by Iran and Hamas. Well done, @Ed_Miliband .
The Foreign Secretary has attracted praise this week from Hamas and Iran for his policy on Israel. The same genocidal Islamists who attacked the Twin Towers approve of Ed Miliband. The Palestinians who rejoiced in the mass murder of Americans are now Labour’s preferred “underdogs”.

Ledt's see how the BBC and the Guardian report this If they report it...
Well well well, who would have thought it! The terrorism threat is greater now than on 9/11. Islamic extremism is named, not ‘right wing’ Brits. 🧐

Hamas praises British Government for second year running. Twelve months ago, on the eve of the Jewish New Year, the Government recognised a state of Palestine, even as Hamas still held Israeli hostages in brutal conditions, earning the antisemitic genocidal terrorist group’s praise. Now, also on the eve of the Jewish New Year, the Government has announced sanctions in relation to what it has described as a “moral emergency in Palestine”. Once again, Hamas has responded by singing our Government’s praises. If your policies are popular with a group that wants to murder all Jews, some in the Jewish community might view that as a moral emergency of its own. telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2…

Thanks @RachelReevesMP . More of the same, @JohnHealey_MP ?
Figures released by the City of London Corporation this week showed overall foreign direct investment (FDI) in Britain slumped by £14bn last year to £54bn, a drop of 21pc. Well done Labour 👏

"Indeed, the most significant UK response following the violence by Hamas on 7 October was to recognise Palestinian statehood – a move Hamas used to signal to the Palestinian people that their massacre had achieved what patient state-building could not." spectator.com/article/ed-mil…
