🌍 Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay 2024. Suicides in England and Wales have reached their highest rate since 1999. This year's theme is #StartTheConversation. We know that the most important things to share are often the hardest to say. 💬 We have found that connection and communication doesn't always have to be verbal- movement can create togetherness, and be a foundation that builds the opportunity to open up.
