£10bn for Ukraine - while British patients wait a year+ for NHS treatment, roads resemble the surface of the Moon and pensioners choose between heating and eating. Standing with Ukraine is one thing. Standing on the British public while you do it is another. Priorities, Ed.
Today we’re announcing a new £10bn package of support for Ukraine. This funding will help Ukraine meet its immediate needs, support economic resilience, and help defend its sovereignty from Russia’s illegal invasion. We will stand with Ukraine for as long as it takes.

In January your UK energy bill is going up by over £400 a year. But at least you are gifting Lamborghinis and gold toilets to Ukrainian oligarchs.
Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine poses a serious threat to UK prosperity and security. That's why this Budget is providing over £10bn in additional support to Ukraine.

Here’s Scottish Government Minister Stephen Flynn being confronted by a pissed off owner of a flooded shop in Largs. Well said her. Everyone is fed up with politicians failing to do their jobs properly. We pay their wages for them to take the piss.

France Holds the File: A Permanent Member of the UN Security Council Documented Scotland's Annexation in Its Own State Archive & Proved There Was No Voluntary Union. France Published the Proof Itself Under De Gaulle. Its Erga Omnes Obligations Apply. decolonise.scot/france-holds…

The world cannot ignore Scotland's annexation and colonisation by the English colonial state. Supreme crimes in international law and fully demonstrated. The English colonial state must leave Scottish territory.
Our previous investigation established beyond doubt that the chanceries of Europe documented the 1707 annexation of Scotland not as an equal, voluntary union, but as a coerced statutory annexation executed under siege, military threat followed by invasion and occupation, and bribery. Today, we plunge straight into the sovereign diplomatic vaults of Europe’s premier continental power to deliver the ultimate evidentiary hammer blow. In France Holds the File, we demonstrate that the French state tracked, rejected, and recorded Scotland’s illegal annexation at the absolute summit of its executive apparatus; personally inscribed by King Louis XIV, debated in the inner sanctum of the Council of State at Marly, and systematically preserved across an unbroken diplomatic series until today. This is neither speculative folklore nor a buried secret. The modern French Republic verified, printed, and published this exact file to the world under General de Gaulle in 1965 through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the CNRS. Because France; a permanent, veto-wielding member of the United Nations Security Council; held and holds contemporary sovereign knowledge of this coercive annexation, it cannot plead the standard imperial defence of ignorance. Under peremptory norms of general international law (jus cogens), the inescapable duty of non-recognition and the strict obligation to withhold aid or assistance from an unlawful territorial occupation attach directly to the French Republic today as an erga omnes duty owed to the international community. The cover story of 1707 is obliterated. France holds the receipts and published the proof. The international law of decolonisation and state resumption has arrived at Westminster's door.

Uk governments have told us there is no more oil. That Scotland can’t be independent without it? Then you discover new fields. And you claim it will solve UK energy problems? And you expect us to believe you? Once a Tory, always a cunt.
SNP ministers are forever telling us there’s no money. Then we discover this. The Sunday Times reports at least £27 million a year spent retaining around 800 public sector workers without permanent posts. Some waiting five years. One for 17 years. How on earth has this been allowed to continue? Swinney must answer for this disgrace. It’s not the SNP’s money. It’s taxpayers’ money.
