Plastic surgery, CTVS, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery
Internal medicine is very avg branch there that's why most of IMGs gets it I maybe wrong at this
3/n this happens over the year where branches like urology, GI surgery, surgical oncology started giving proper hands-on to their senior resident but for branch like CTVS, NeuroSx residents are extended non academic SR at most of the centre.

Suicides happen even in departments like Radiology and Dermatology.
Toxicity is fundamentally perversion from the oldies and their perverted mind enjoying sadism.
That’s a tougher nut to crack.
Even in current AIIMS Jodhpur - the proximate cause was denial of leave despite having Dengue/illness.
A slightly radical idea but there should be abolishment of thesis in PG. It serves no purpose except one extra tool by Professors for pound of flesh extraction.( in most colleges , not INI)
Students give Sarees/TV/iphones /expensive alcohol/Gold to the chindi Professors to get it signed.
In many cases - the proximate cause is non signing of thesis or thesis protocol submission.
And it isn’t that research is some world class top of line. It’s just regurgitating of old articles.

If these allegations from AIIMS Jodhpur Orthopaedics are true, this isn’t residency—it’s institutional exploitation.
An exhausted doctor is a risk to both patients and themselves. The culture of glorifying sleep deprivation must end.
AIIMS Jodhpur administration and the Ministry of Health must immediately investigate these claims and ensure humane working conditions for resident doctors.

Looks so dirty, don't have hesitation while removing tissue, just respect healthy tissue you will get NORAD tapered in 1 hour and TLC becomes normal next day.
