This fanbase has been through it all. The losing seasons, the name changes, the Congressional inquiries, the constant ups and downs, and now quite possibly the most embarrassing ending to a game we’ve ever witnessed.
I feel for my brothers and sisters in the Burgundy and Gold. We’ve endured so much over the years, and just when it feels like we’ve finally turned the corner, a game like Sunday reminds us how difficult this journey has been.

Jayden Daniels has, BY FAR, the shortest amount of time before the pocket collapses in the entire NFL.
League average is 2.3 seconds.
The #Commanders give Daniels 1.5 seconds.
It is a huge issue that is holding the offense back.

Looks like our game vs the Eagles is not being flexed out of SNF
The NFL decided not to flex Eagles-Commanders off "Sunday Night Football" in Week 8, though it seriously considered moving in Browns-Steelers. inquirer.com/eagles/eagles-s…

I love this from Jayden Daniels.
Throws the ball before Williams uncovers and gets open. Anticipatory. Takes a little off to give him a catchable ball and account for him breaking it off. All while knowing he's about to get crushed.
Prayers up for Terry McLaurin. 🙏
Terry has been a rock for this franchise and fanbase through some really tough years. It’s heartbreaking to know his season is over with a torn patellar tendon.
If anyone deserves better, it’s Terry. Wishing 17 a full recovery. ❤️💛

By the way - Jayden Daniels completed 72% of his passes last night, threw for 300 yards, 2 TDs, and no interceptions. Had four explosive completions. All against a 49ers defense being particularly stingy this season.
H/t @LakeLewisJr
Talking about tanking in general is crazy to me, let alone in WEEK 7 when the #Commanders are just two games out of first place in the division.
As long as #5 is healthy, this team has a chance to compete. I’m not saying ignore the problems, but throwing in the towel with this much football left to play? Come on.
You don't have to be blindly optimistic to believe the season isn't over.

No, this isn’t the time to fire DQ. @GlassJoeJP @EBJunkies @moneymetalcakes @JunksRadio
The team got destroyed in the first half and still didn’t give up. That tells me they still believe in their leader.
The division is up for grabs, and 8 or 9 wins probably takes it.
And that daunting schedule doesn’t look so daunting anymore with a Hurts-less Eagles team on the horizon and a 2-4 Rams team after that.
I’m not saying DQ deserves a free pass, but firing him now accomplishes what exactly? This season is far from over.

Appreciate @JunksRadio for teaching me about the emotional hedge years ago. It stings a little less thanks to the boys…
Initial reactions from tonight’s game…
As frustrating as this team has been, I’m damn proud of the fight they showed tonight. The 49ers had more points in the first half than we ran offensive plays, yet somehow we clawed our way back into this game.
The offense still has a lot to figure out, and the growing pains with a first-time play caller are frustrating to watch. But this team could have folded tonight and they didn’t.
The entire NFC East lost this weekend. The Giants are down to their 3rd QB, the Eagles have lost Hurts (prayers up for him), and the Cowboys defense has massive holes.
Crazy to think at 1-4-1 this division is still wide open, but somehow it is.
Nobody is running away with this division. This team has every reason to keep fighting, and after tonight, I know they still have that fight in them. Clean up the mistakes, figure out the defense, and go take this damn division. #RaiseHail
