Ever notice Malayali staff from the entrance of Bangalore all the way to check in counters, support staff and even restaurants? Well that's because it is by design! The management itself is filled with Malayalis. And they have networks who have brought in droves of immigrant Malayalis, Telugus and Bengalis. This is a gross violation of the right to work of Kannadigas.
The SM Krishna Congress Karnataka State Government promised jobs to locals (Kannada speaking not settled immigrants) while acquiring farmer land to construct Kempegowda International Airport and is reneging on its promise.
Travel to any other state and you see only local language speaking natives, not immigrants. Why this travesty in Karnataka's largest airport? @CMofKarnataka @MBPatil @BLRAirport @krishnabgowda @KHMuniyappaklr @Tejasvi_Surya

ಐಟಿ ಬಿಟಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶ ಎಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನೀಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಎಸಗಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಇಂದು ʻಆಗ್ರಹ ಅಭಿಯಾನʼವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಇಂದು ಹಲವು ತಂಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಹಲವು ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಆಗ್ರಹ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಖಾತರಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಭರವಸೆಗಳು ದೊರಕಿವೆ.
ನಾನು ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ಇದು ಅಭಿಯಾನ, ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ನೈತಿಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ ಗಿರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಅಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಎಲ್ಲ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು/ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಗೌರವಯುತವಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳ ಸಿಂಹಪಾಲನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೇ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಆಗ್ರಹ. ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ನೈತಿಕ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಐಟಿ-ಬಿಟಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧವೂ ಪೂರ್ವಾಗ್ರಹ ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ದೊರೆಯಬೇಕೆಂಬ ನಮ್ಮ ನಿಲುವನ್ನು ತಾತ್ವಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅವರೂ ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಭರವಸೆ ನಮಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳೆಂಬಂತೆ, ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳೆಂಬಂತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಕೆಲವರು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತ ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆಗ್ರಹ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ ತಿಂಗಳಿನ ಉದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಇದಾದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಂಕಿ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಸಮಗ್ರ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

A lot of ink has been spilled on GPU financing lately. I spent over a decade trading ABS on Wall St, and structured over $2B+ of debt financings as an operator (including at @tryramp). Figured I'd try to make sense of this market, so I went back to a framework I knew well: aircraft ABS and aircraft engine ABS.
My take: a GPU neocloud runs on airline economics, and the debt behind it looks a lot like aircraft engine ABS.
The parallels:
• Perishable inventory. An empty seat after the door closes is gone forever. So is an idle hour on an energized H100 rack.
• 85%+ of cost is fixed (servers, 10-year rack leases, 10-14% debt service). One more hour of compute costs pennies of power.
• Utilization is everything. Airlines break even around 80% load factor, a levered GPU cluster around 65-75%. The returns live in those last 25 percentage points.
• NVIDIA is Boeing and Airbus rolled into one. Powered shells and grid interconnects are the new airport slots.
• Wall St copied the aircraft financing playbook: take-or-pay contract plus servers in a bankruptcy-remote SPV, 70-80% LTV.

ದಿನವಿಡೀ ಮನೆಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ ದಣಿಯುವ ಗೃಹಿಣಿಯರಿಗೆ, ಬಿಡುವಿನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸೀರಿಯಲ್‌ಗಳು ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರಲು ಒಂದು Distraction ಆಗಿರಬಹುದು. ಅವರ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
ಆದರೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಇಂತಹ ಕಂಟೆಂಟ್‌ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾ ಬೆಳೆದರೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಯೋಚಿಸುವ, ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗಬಹುದು. ಅಸೂಯೆ, ಕುತಂತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರನ್ನು ಕೆಳಕ್ಕೆ ಎಳೆಯುವುದನ್ನೇ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವೆಂದು ತೋರಿಸುವ ಕಥೆಗಳು, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಮೇಲೂ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಬೀರಬಹುದು.
ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಯೋಚಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸಬೇಕೇ ಹೊರತು, ಯೋಚಿಸದೆ ನೋಡುವುದನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿಸಬಾರದು.

Imagine being so disappointed with your own state that you’d rather distance yourself from it than defend its future.
And the irony? Some of the regions being debated have a history of Kannada-speaking communities and cultural ties across today’s state borders. Borders changed, but history didn’t disappear.
The ultimate humiliation isn’t losing land to Karnataka — it’s making your own people believe their future lies on the other side of the border. Before flexing regional pride, make sure the future you’re defending is one people actually want to stay for.
