What Lula and the Left did in Brazil, the Democratic Party will inevitably do in America.
They appointed their own partisan hacks to the bench in as many seats as possible, then appealed to the legitimacy of the courts even as they dismantled any semblance of impartiality. And once they had control of the courts, they used them to install a soft dictatorship that had the veneer of democratic legitimacy.
Any attempt to overturn this will now, ironically, be called an illegal coup. It's genius if you think about it. Abuse the constitutional order so thoroughly that your enemies' only remaining options to fix it are, by definition, outside the bounds of normal constitutional law.
This is exactly what the Democrats plan to do in America once they inevitably have the votes to pack the Supreme Court.

My favorite thing about wacky GOP antics from the Obama era is that every single thing your insane conservative uncle predicted at Thanksgiving 2011 came true.
- They ARE using your money for Abortions
- They ARE pushing the gay on Children
- The illegals/foreigners ARE stealing jobs
- New York City IS ruled by Islamo-Marxists
- The debt IS exclusively welfare fraud

The US has become less stable, more divided, and more prone to internal conflict as it has become more diverse and multi-cultural.
We aren’t doing this bullshit anymore where we pretend like obvious truths are somehow controversial points that are still up for debate.

Governor, your “critics online” are conservatives who are simply tired of seeing even our own side demonize young white men. Your team made an obviously very intentional decision to not depict a more statistically representative welfare leech, which as you know would be a black single mom. Explain why you made that decision. If you don’t want to explain it, because it’s precisely the answer we already know, then at least don’t insult our intelligence by pretending that you don’t understand the point we’re making.

America’s corporate governance system is broken, and it’s killing public companies. Look no further than Cracker Barrel: Decades of brutal mismanagement have seen one incompetent CEO after another walk away with a massive paycheck while customers and actual shareholders take a beating.
Why does this keep happening? Because proxy advisory firms like ISS are corrupt. They blindly rubber-stamp failing boards year after year, protecting the corporate elite while burning shareholder value to the ground.
The root of the rot is index funds. There's no question that indexing one's money is a smart financial move for most people. But just because you passively index your investments doesn't mean your corporate votes should be handed over to the managers of your fund so they can play politics. Right now, passive funds hold massive, unchecked voting blocks while having zero skin in the game themselves.
It is time for a simple rewrite of the rules: We need to index the votes of index fund investors.
Passive index funds should be forced to automatically split their votes to proportionately mirror those of retail and active institutional shareholders — the people actually doing the research, risking their capital, and fighting for performance in the companies they hold shares in. No more rubber-stamping. A change like this will immediately strip corrupt gatekeepers like ISS of their toxic influence.
True accountability happens when lazy, overpaid boards actually answer to the stakeholders they represent, rather than screwing them over.
Actual, logic-driven governance when your money is passive happens when your vote passively follows the voting decisions of the actual market.
We need to stop letting passive capital protect active incompetence. By stripping index funds of their arbitrary voting power and empowering engaged investors, we will finally torch corporate cronyism and usher American capital markets into a golden age of capitalism.

“America isn’t a people, it’s an idea.”
“Well, can we at least deport the people who openly reject the idea?”
“No, that would be against the ideas!”
This is the game we’ve been playing for over 60 years now.
Civic nationalism inevitably destroys itself because it’s utterly incapable of making literally any value judgements between those who openly reject the civics and those who adhere to it.
Why bother adhering or even learning the civics in the first place if there’s absolutely zero price to pay for betraying them?

Sweden's Right-wing coalition got the order of operations wrong.
They did the typical conservative thing of passing policies that would objectively make people's lives better. They succeeded, and then people stopped caring about the issues that got the Right elected in the first place because they no longer saw them as problems to solve.
The siren song of progressivism and social democracy then lured these people back into complacency, as it always does in any universal mass democracy.
The order of operations shouldn't be:
Get elected -> Solve problems -> Lose to the Left because you've already solved the immediate problem that got you elected in the first place -> Wait for the Left to break something -> Try to win off of the ensuing backlash.
It should be:
Get elected -> Defund the Left -> Solve the first set of problems the Left created -> Win in an even greater landslide -> Crush the Left further -> Solve even larger problems you couldn't solve before because you didn't have a large enough majority.
Each action you take should make the next action easier. This is why the Trump administration got off on such a strong foot with the shuttering of USAID and the defunding of large swaths of the Left's patronage network.
The lesson here is to stop playing fair. Power is a tool to be wielded in order to destroy your enemies, not merely to do a good job of administering the daily functions of state.

We’ve never seen anything like this before. A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children. The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined. Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.

Seeing a lot of outrage and shock at this, but why should we be surprised?
It wasn’t their people who were killed and it wasn’t their nation that was attacked.
There has never in been an American named “Zohran Kwame Mamdani” and there never will be. He is a foreign colonizer who has used our own political and philosophical system to legitimize his invasion of our country.
Every moment this human cockroach tramples the soil of America is an insult to the men who founded it.

The Greek historian Plutarch once recounted a story of how young women began to commit suicide in the city of Miletus.
It was as if the attention that a woman would receive by hanging herself drove them to continue doing so.
Finally, a law was passed declaring that any woman who killed herself would have her naked body dragged through the streets before being buried.
And lo and behold, the mass psychosis of women killing themselves stopped almost overnight.

A man could lose his job, find out his wife has been cheating on him, is leaving with his kids because he has cancer and if he got frustrated and slapped her around, there is not a single woman in America would defend or make excuses for him.
But if a woman gets the baby blues and strangles her children to death as they struggle and fight her, women everywhere start talking about how bad postpartum depression is.
Mark my words, you are creating the most misogynistic generation of men to ever live and you need to know it is all your fault.

I have different criteria to Suriyak for marking areas as Russian controlled.
Militarily speaking, has Kostyantynivka fallen? Effectively.
Are battles still technically ongoing? Yes.
The Ukrainian presence in the outer suburbs is still too strong for me to change it from grey to red, but this may change soon.
The Russian presence is overwhelming compared to Ukraine's presence, and continues to trend in this direction. The Ukrainian command sending in small groups of soldiers in 2s and 3s to extend the length of the battle in the information space won't change much from a tactical perspective.
Also, Ukraine has almost completed its withdrawal from the Chasiv Yar salient north of Kostyantynivka, as once Russia achieves full consolidation in Kostyantynivka it will become impossible to hold and extremely prone to encirclement. At the moment, no more than a few dozen Ukrainian soldiers are present in the Chasiv Yar-Mykolaivka-Chervone area.
West of Kostyantynivka, Russia is also developing an offensive towards Mykolaipillya, incrementally clearing key Ukrainian strongpoints and bypassing advanced Ukrainian positions at Stepanivka and Dovha Balka.
The Ukrainian command continues to send out isolated units to take photos in parts of the city and keep the media battle for the city going. This is also so that pro-Ukrainian fanatics can keep regurgitating propaganda, such as those who talk about ‘ninja troops’ and attack @AMK_Mapping_ because the reality, however, is quite different of what their minds tell them.

If the Constitution says that I have to hand my country over to the rest of the world if they set foot on American soil and pop a kid out, then I am against the Constitution.
If a piece of paper dissolves the very nation it governs when taken to its logical conclusion, then what exactly is the point of that piece of paper?
Future enemies of America will realize that they don't need to fight the United States in a war in order to defeat it. They simply need to ship over enough refugees, have them give birth to paperwork Americans, take them home, indoctrinate them into hating the US, and then send them back to vote into office a bunch of Quislings who will sabotage the United States from within.
And we're just supposed to let that happen because simply saying "No, we aren't actually going to suicidally give people who hate us a backdoor means to destroy our own country with Manchurian candidates" is apparently "Unconstitutional."
Ok, then it now needs to become a non-negotiable litmus test for all future judicial nominees that the magic piece of paper does not, in fact, demand that we open the door to our own national self-dissolution.
If the Supreme Court has the power to declare that the entire world's offspring can become paperwork Americans if they set foot on American soil, then a future Supreme Court can declare all of that invalid.
And a future court will.
