The Tates have now been sitting in a Miami jail for 99 days with zero convictions 😔
Andrew and Tristan filed a habeas petition asking the court to release them. The government just answered and wants them kept locked up‼️
Bail was denied months ago. 💔
Their hearings are still not until mid November. Both say they are innocent.
Everyone talks about due process and innocent until proven guilty.
