BREAKING: In a blow for DOJ, the federal judge overseeing the case involving the alleged 20,000 non-citizen voters in California has been switched from Judge John W. Holcomb (Trump appointee) to Judge David Carter (Clinton appointee). This switch will be seen as a win for LA County/California. Judge Carter previously dismissed a DOJ lawsuit against CA last year that accused the state of not following federal laws on proper maintenance of voter rolls.
Here's what Judge Carter wrote when dismissing the case to give a flavor of his thinking on the topic:
“State run elections mean that voters recognize their neighbors who staff polling stations, trust their Secretaries of State—whom they voted for—to keep their personally identifying information safe, and believe that they will not be targeted because of what they look like or who they vote for. The DOJ’s request for the sensitive information of Californians stands to have a chilling effect on American citizens like political minority groups and working-class immigrants who may consider not registering to vote or skip casting a ballot because they are worried about how their information will be used."

Then we found a PHP 5.6 box.
I asked who owned it.
The documentation said:

Then our scanner discovered another PHP server.

But every time we block network access, the warehouse stops printing shipping labels.

The emergency patch took four hours.
Finding out what PHP actually runs took eleven.
The internet isn't held together with code.

Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.
Here’s why the post below should really bother every American Citizen Voter:
CISA is the Registrar for the DMV in every State and DMVs serve as a major front-end channel for voter registration data under the NVRA.
Under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA, commonly called the “Motor Voter” law), most states must offer voter registration opportunities at motor vehicle agencies when someone applies for, renews, or updates a driver’s license or state ID.
NO CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED. (!!!)
The form or data is then transmitted to the appropriate election official (usually the Secretary of State or local registrar of voters).
That data enters the election systems that states and localities operate and that CISA helps “protect”.
CISA sets policy, operates the registrar, and supports domain management.
Here’s CISA’s “excuse” which gives them Plausible Deniability:
“State and local election officials administer voter registration and elections.
DMVs play a supporting role under federal law by collecting and forwarding registration information, while CISA’s connection is primarily through cybersecurity and the shared use of official .gov domains.”
Speaking of “Cybersecurity”:
So, if you recall all those alerts by CISA and the IC, Foreign and Domestic, telling us election infrastructure (software and hardware using MSFT, etc) is riddled with exploits and malware which needs “patching” — Malware and exploits in the Dominion/Liberty Vote systems using MSFT Azure, Atlassian, etc.,
The “exploits and malware” appear to be a FEATURE, not a FLAW, and CISA knows it.
