More than 473,000 records exposed in just over a month. 🇫🇷 FRANCE: A major bank suffered a cyberattack involving more than $100 MILLION in fraudulent transfers. 🇺🇸 USA: One businessman lost $6.5 MILLION through 15 fraudulent bank transfers in just THREE DAYS. More than $4 million is still missing. 🇧🇷 BRAZIL: 99 cyber incidents reported in just nine months, already surpassing the entire previous year. 🇳🇵 NEPAL: Banking websites taken OFFLINE over serious security vulnerabilities. Now think about this for a second. You can work your entire life, save every dollar, use strong passwords, and NEVER click a suspicious link. And your money can STILL be put at risk because someone compromised your bank’s systems or one of its suppliers. Some victims have been reimbursed. Others are still fighting to recover their money. There is no evidence of a coordinated worldwide bank lockdown. But that’s what makes this so alarming. Criminals don’t need to shut down the entire banking system to destroy someone’s financial life. We’ve built a world where our salaries, savings, pensions, and entire financial futures depend on digital systems we have absolutely NO CONTROL over.
