“Parties should nominate”, ofc, ppl won’t elect him. wtf has he even done to be a “Hindu” mayor or anything else? This & other MCs have always thrown Hindus under the bus. If you want an estb's puppet in the name of representation bullshit, then no non-Muslims should be allowed.
Inshallah soon. I think the parties should nominate @essel1 for this role. He is a proud Hindu, a proud Pakistani and a right thinking patriot.
Ask them why there should be a female Hindu “governor” of Punjab, & they won’t have any answers. Is it just because of vibes? If you want to appoint people just for the sake of representation, then create a separate dept. for that.

This week, I was blessed to join Hindu New Yorkers in Queens celebrating Navratri, Durga Puja, Dashain, and Vijayadashami.
We danced garba, performed aarti, witnessed Sindoor Khela, and honored the Goddess Durga.
It was an honor to come together in joy, faith, and community in temples across our city — especially after the attempted mass shooting at a Hindu temple in Illinois last week.
May we all join together in our shared responsibility to stand against hate and care for one another.
