I’m sure this allegation can’t be right. Any migrants will have been given that hugely helpful Home Office leaflet about what’s unacceptable in Britain.
4 men arrested after a woman was gang raped in a car park in Swindon. The suspects are reportedly three migrant Muslims aged 21, 20 and one aged 19. Police have declared it an “isolated incident” 🤷‍♂️

Case after case, and still the NHS is determined to throw away taxpayers' money on supporting a deluded ideology. The reckless and arrogant waste of resources is maddening & heartbreaking.

So I've got a hot take on this... The problem is Proctor & Gamble and Kimberley Clarke. They are the two biggest products of "absorbent hygiene products"(nappies, pads, continence wear) in the UK, and they're an absolute bloody menace. 🧵A thread, if you will indulge me:

BRIEFLY on @GBNEWS re pre-leg scrutiny of ConversionPracticesBill. Committee must ask: is this Bill needed? Crucially if your child claims to be born in wrong body, parents must be free to scrutinise too, not forced to affirm under threat of criminal law #BinTheBill #BattleFest

Dear @PompeySteph: Parents discussing with their children the biological impossibility of being born "in the wrong body" is no more "conversion therapy" than is discussing with their children that they do not have superhero powers that allow them to jump off buildings and fly.

You should name and shame the worst of them. I always remember Kelly Holmes being on @BBC when the furore about the men in female boxing scandal at @Olympics and stating that he has a right to participate in womens sport.

I’m the most disappointed & disgusted with ex sports women in positions of authority in sporting or women organisations throwing women & girls rights under the virtue signalling bus to protect their own positions; pulling the drawbridge up behind them! Shame on every one of you

"to produce advanced weaponry for Jihad in order that the Islam may dominate." Is it just me or is there something indefinably menacing about that statement?
Cambridge University’s education faculty – former home of Jason Arday – has an assistant professor who wrote that Muslims should study computers "to produce advanced weaponry for Jihad in order that the deen [Islam] may dominate." Me for the Spectator. spectator.com/article/cambri…

I used to say that children who believe they’re ‘trans’ just need therapy. I’ve changed my mind. Unfortunately, by the time they come to see me for therapy, the allure of ‘transitioning’ is often too strong. The only solution is to legally prohibit ‘transitioning’ altogether.

And this comment underneath expresses my concerns about the damage to people with learning disability and their families much more eloquently than I could.

A woman is found dead. Cause of death "unknown". She has a man's semen and blood on her. He's a known sex offender and is caught nearby on CCTV. @metpoliceuk thought that was not enough for a homicide investigation. Simon Levy was free to strike again. bbc.com/news/articles/cp30pp…

Three As AVERAGE??? ~ That would be a stunning performance by a selective Grammar School. By a comprehensive in a deprived inner-city area is breathtaking. Brilliant. How do you do it? I think we should be told...😉

This woman is extraordinary. I do not understand how government is not breaking her door down to get advice. What a strange world we live in that an education minister goes out of her way to do the opposite of what brings success.

As was inevitable, the Arday Affair is moving on from the examination of one fabulist and plagiarist to the rot that has consumed much of the higher-education sector. These clowns oversee the step from childhood to adulthood for approaching half of all young people - and pretty much all the teachers, social workers, health professionals, and those working in charities, think-tanks, the civil service, publishing and HR - and of course the next generation of academics. No wonder so many young people believe stupid and dangerous things: they have been taught those things. We must be mad to entrust young people to these clowns - and to pay them.
If your life’s great passion is the study of bouncy castles, pole dancing or writing essays on autoethnography, there ought to be nothing to stop you from working at Toys R Us, a gentleman’s club or the Guardian. But these people have all chosen to pursue academia. They are attracted to the status it confers. This was the world in which Jason Arday thrived. His colleagues at Cambridge were carrying out research on how fairy tales can break the gender binary in playgrounds or writing ‘a self-portrait of an artist who teaches’. Is it really surprising that his error-ridden thesis didn’t stand out against this backdrop? ✍️ Lara Brown Article | spectator.com/article/class-…
