Kathy, why are things like this '5 alarm fires' for you but DESTROYING our state budget, letting TENS OF THOUSANDS of criminals walk out cash free to harm more New Yorkers and slapping on your 46TH, 47TH AND 48TH tax increase on our utilities totally lost on you?

House Judiciary Committee findings show New York City DAs, including Bronx DA Darcel Clark and Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, have directed prosecutors to downgrade charges or structure pleas so noncitizens can avoid deportation triggers—even in cases involving guns, domestic violence, and crimes against children. Training materials explicitly call for “immigration-conscious plea bargaining.”
This approach treats immigration status as a factor that can change how a case is resolved, rather than applying the same standards to everyone. New Yorkers end up with less consistent accountability for people who have already committed crimes.

Vote straight Republican down the ballot on November 3. Support Bruce Blakeman for Governor, Saritha Komatireddy for Attorney General, and Joseph Hernandez for Comptroller. New York needs leaders who put public safety and equal application of the law first.

🚨 Bruce Blakeman says ignore the Hochul lead. He calls those surveys "phoney woke university polls that always undercount Republicans."
His numbers: nearly $20 million raised, internal polls within 3.5 points, and down-ballot races in a virtual dead heat. "We are gonna win the state and shock the world."
Then the record. Highest taxed state. Utility bills he says run 70% above the national average. And his closer: "Kathy Hochul is the most pro criminal governor in the United States of America."
