🚨BREAKING: In-N-Out owner Lynsi Snyder refuses to cave to the left and will continue including Bible verses on their packaging despite growing backlash.
John 3:16 — on drink cups
Proverbs 3:5 — on milkshake cups
Revelation 3:20 — on select beverage cups
Nahum 1:7 — on burger wrappers
Psalm 37:4 — on fry boats
In-N-Out has quietly included Bible references on its packaging for years, a tradition Snyder says reflects the company’s Christian values.
As criticism continues, she has made one thing clear: the verses are not going anywhere.

It’s interesting how some people confuse ridicule with confidence and personal attacks with humor. Being fearless behind a keyboard isn’t the problem. It’s what you choose to do with that voice that matters.
Some use their platforms to tear people down. Others use theirs to challenge behavior, question narratives, and stand up for people who deserve better.
And if we’re going to preach about self-improvement, perhaps the first lesson should be learning the difference. 🤦♀️
Confidence doesn’t require humiliating someone else.

Historical ebbs and flows of focus on organized crime and chameleons in trucking is an issue. It was urgent when Congress kicked off Archi and Ursa years ago to catch chameleon carriers. Then the interest died and we had a huge influx of bad actors into the industry. Now we care again. That's how it's always been back to the Sherman bus crash of 08. substack.com/@thewhitesmoke/…

Derek Leathers of Werner Enterprises is criticized for being "pro-autonomous trucks" and "pro-Mexico" while operating in America. The sentiment is that if he loves Mexico so much, he should move his company there. #WernerEnterprises #Trucking

National median on the board is $6.40/gal. Texas and Louisiana are nearer $6.00. California is $8.34. Export rules matter, but the corridor you fuel in still moves the needle most days.

Plus just listed their new investor presentation. They’re planning to undercut the labor costs by 18 cents per mile. It looks like their asset utilization rate is about 2.7
So, every 1,000 of their AV trucks will do the work of around 2,700 truckers. Then taxpayers will get stuck paying for all the social and economic consequences of that.
Thanks, tech bros. That’s very “kind” of you.

The guy that filed this is going up against multiple 1,000+ dollar an hour lawyers from big tech next week. Thanks to the Chevron Deference decision, the 7th Circuit court doesn’t have to consider a corrupt regulators interpretation of the law.
This could be the first time that massive corporate firms are on the other side of that SCOTUS decision. It’s a David vs Goliath story and the opening salvo just nailed a bullseye.
Stay tuned. AV trucking companies could be forced to put a driver back in the cab until Congress gets bribed enough to justify “fixing” the law.

SUNDAY MORNING SPECIAL REPORT
A driver took FMCSA to federal court over autonomous-truck warning rules.
This is not really about three warning triangles.
It is about whether “temporary” waivers can become a quiet path to permanent driverless-truck deployment—and whether the evidence is there before safety rules get rewritten around technology.
The court has not decided the case. But somebody finally forced the questions into public.
Full investigation in the first reply.
Should a waiver keep getting renewed while the permanent exemption is still under review?

More Singh Fraudsters in Trucking working directly with the Cartels 😩😡
A federal indictment in California has pulled back the curtain on a larger FBI investigation into long-haul truckers allegedly moving hundreds of kilograms of cartel cocaine on US-Canada freight lanes. The case raises serious questions about how criminal networks exploit commercial transportation — and how much investigators have yet to disclose publicly.
