Solidarity with our members at Apache. Apache is part of a global company which is making billions of pounds in profit. They can easily afford to resolve this dispute. @unitetheunion members will take further action on 4 November unless a fair deal is offered. #JobsPayConditions

We will not tolerate unacceptable pay offers and threats to withhold back pay from Apache. The operator is raking in eye-watering profits. It’s treating its highly skilled workers with contempt. Apache has been caught red handed in embarking on shameful corporate greed. tankstorage.com/news/strike-…

🚍 Unite Bus reps are calling for action on bus driver fatigue 💬Fatigue is very serious and is caused by long hours, terrible shift patterns and poor workplace conditions experienced by bus workers every day. It's time this issue was treated with the importance it deserves. 1/2

✈️ Unite members in aviation work hard so the rest of us can kick back on our holidays. Our members have been speaking to the @guardian about the abuse they face as cabin crew. Whether it is sexual harassment of crew or threats against ground staff, aviation workers shouldn't have to take it. We all deserve to be able to work with dignity. ✊✊ There is no other tried and tested way for workers to improve their living standards and beat the #CostofLiving crisis than collective organisation. Unite members have won over £630m in improved pay, though strike action alone, since @UniteSharon was elected general secretary of Unite 5 years ago. And that figure keeps rising. Congratulations to members at Barclays, Aberdeen Airport and Amcor for their successful pay campaigns. making a real difference for workers and their families 💥

We are stuck in a rigged system where everyday people always, always pay. Only fundamental, irreversible change will stem the tide. If the party does not shift decisively towards the working class, it is finished. unitetheunion.org/news-event…

👉 @BhamCityCouncil can end this strike with a stroke of a pen but are choosing not to. They should honour the deal scoped out at @acasorguk and stop wasting millions of pounds of residents’ money on failed attempts to break the strike. #Birmingham #Labour
Last week we were campaigning across Birmingham, speaking to residents, businesses, faith groups, even folk inconvenienced at not having a recycling collection for 16 months taking their refuse to the mobile tips. The support continues to be strong for the workers. The workers remain resolute. And the numbers of councillor candidates supporting our campaign is growing rapidly. Its all looking quite tragic for @BrumLabour on 7th May We will continue the fight for justice for bin workers in Brum until we win, whoever runs the council post election, whichever colour rosette or none.

123 new bus orders come in, yet 115 skilled jobs are to be axed? Alexander Dennis should be at the heart of lower carbon manufacturing; not scaling back while demand grows. Back the workers. Support Scottish industry. Deliver a real just transition. unitetheunion.org/news-event…

Protect North Sea jobs by securing today’s jobs while building tomorrow’s energy; rather than exporting jobs and importing carbon. Extend / Invest / Transition. We need urgent action, not empty promises of a “just transition”. Keep the North Sea Working.

Sun was out for our members at @UniStrathclyde this morning. On strike demanding no compulsory redundancies. The Uni raided their pensions last year, and now they are back for more from the lowest paid workers on campus. Brilliant stuff as always from this branch✊❤️

This is a fight for jobs. University of Strathclyde management are again targeting the lowest paid workers while executive pay stays untouched. We want meaningful consultation on change, including a commitment to no compulsory redundancies. See you on the pickets - 16-23 March.

💊@unitetheunion has demanded decisive action by the @scotgov to provide the finances necessary to deliver sustainable health and social care services. The Accounts Commission report starkly spells out that deep cuts are already underway. #Scotland
