🚨 INFLATION IS MAKING YOU POORER WHILE THE GOVERNMENT COLLECTS MORE TAX!
Get a 4% pay rise to match 4% inflation?
❌ Your take-home pay rises just 3.4%.
💰 Your income tax and NI bill rises 6.3%.
YOU lose purchasing power. THE TREASURY collects more.
That's fiscal drag. 👇

Reality check... #Ukraine is a money laundering scam of biblical proportions, its the global Turkish Barber shop. Whilst Brits have to work harder the mafia bosses in Ukraine just get richer.
Their warm hotel rooms and hot meals being prepared for them right now after a free coach ride. New iPhones being charged as this is being typed. New wardrobe of smart clothese being sorted too.
CRAZY SCENES IN GRAVELINES, NORTHERN FRANCE!
A large group of illegal migrants openly making their way through this small, beautiful French town towards the beach.
I suspect they are preparing for an attempted crossing to Britain tomorrow.
No authorities in sight. No oversight. No attempt to hide.
Just another extraordinary scene unfolding in broad daylight.

Let’s welcome into the world the UK’s new 53% tax rate, for pensioners earning between £12,570 and £13,037:
It's worse than people thought.
🇬🇧 The OBR just dropped 200 pages on Healey's first Budget.
I read it so you don't have to.
Tax is at a record 37.9% of GDP by 2027-28, past the old high of 37.2%.
Then it climbs every single year to 38.6%.
Frozen thresholds are doing way too much to workers since they get a pay rise, hand more of it over.
1.8x the national minimum wage now classes you as a higher tax rate payer - what the fuck?
Borrowing @ £133bn this year. In March they said £115bn. Seven months later it's £18bn worse. And it's higher than March in every year of the forecast because neither the OBR nor treasury has a clue what they’re doing.
Debt interest at £39bn in 2019-20.
£109bn last year 😩
£160bn by 2031-32 😩😩£15bn of this year's bill is extra bc inflation's pushing up index linked gilts, and we know the uk has a structural inflation problem, partly due to the relationship between treasury and BoE.
Headroom is £14.5bn, down from £21.7bn at the last Budget.
Keep the fuel duty freeze going and it's £10.2bn.
The OBR gives Healey a 56% chance of hitting his OWN FUCKING rule.
Debt will peak at 97.3% of GDP, still 95.6% in 2031-32. Five years and it barely moves which is completely against his fiscal demands.
How it affects you?
Growth 1% next year with gdp per capita basically the same as it has been since 2019
Inflation 3.4% when March said 2%.
Zero real pay growth in 2027.
Living standards in 2030-31?
Just 2% above pre-pandemic.
But don't worry. You're getting a £100 council tax rebate.
Jesus Christ.
Utterly deluded and disconnected from reality.
A big Budget for economic growth. Decisive moves on energy, devolution and backing business. Proud to have worked with @JohnHealey_MP to deliver it.

This should be illegal to do when there is a deficit. In fact, deficits should be illegal in general. Politicians should not be able to put debt upon our children.
It should also be illegal to increase taxes greater than say 35% of GDP.

John Healey stands up today with public debt past £3 trillion.
10-year gilts near 5.4%.
Inflation 3.5%.
The interest bill is already eating the tax you paid.
He will tell you he is taking £45 off the gas standing charge.
Your diesel tank is still a hundred quid.
He will blame the rich. He will not mention the money supply going from £980 billion to over £3 trillion. Credit and debt issuance so governments can overspend. No surplus in 30 years.
You are poorer because of his incompetence and monetary debasement.
They have fucked it every single time.
Then they have the audacity to blame Trump, Putin, anyone but them. And ask you to do more.
That is the Budget.

🇬🇧 They tell us they're fixing the economy.
Yet Britain borrowed £24.5 BILLION in September alone.
📊 The second-highest September borrowing since records began in 1997 — exceeded only during Covid.
2019: £8.7bn
2026: £24.5bn
Taxes are rising. Borrowing is soaring.
So where is all the money going?

Next year we will have the highest tax burden in history. Insane

A Budget that amounts to pissing into a westerly gale - tinkering around the edges while the British economy burns, with a treasury packed full of economic arsonists.
It is an insult to every taxpayer, every struggling business and every family being bled dry by this rotten economic system. Nothing will change - we continue our uninterrupted plunge into the abyss.
The country is drowning in debt. I don’t know how else to say this…
We are BANKRUPT. We cannot afford any of this. Nothing.
A crushing tax burden remains, small businesses are strangled and as employers we’re punished for creating jobs. For what? To fund millions of scroungers who can’t be arsed to work like the rest of us? Foreigners who turn up and expect housing, benefits, healthcare? When our tax goes up, THAT is what we are funding.
Debt is now THREE TRILLION. We can thank lockdown for a large part of that. But please think about it. Three trillion. The scale is just unimaginable. Yet we get another Chancellor fiddling with the numbers while the country goes up in flames. Billions and billions and billions get added every month. It is GROWING. I don’t know how else to say this.
The people governing us seem absolutely incapable of understanding one basic principle.
Wealth is created by businesses and workers. NOT by politicians spending somebody else's money to win votes. NOT by the state. NOT by the public sector. I detest it.
The British people, working mums and dads, are expected to work longer and harder to fund this corrupt charade - all while giant multinationals shift vast profits out of our country on the back of their work and bloated corporates extract outrageous contract profits from the taxpayer thanks to criminal public sector mismanagement.
I challenge Healey or Burnham. Go and start a business. A cafe, a contractor, a small shop. Try being a sole contractor on the tools. Experience these taxes, the regulation, the stress. Have their families rely on sporadic invoices. Watch their earnings get siphoned off by a corrupt state. Let’s see how they get on.
The system does not need reforming, or conserving - it needs smashing up. We need to rip apart, limb from limb, the failed assumptions that have governed British economic policy for decades.
Cut the waste. Shrink the state. Slash the tax burden. Back small British businesses. Reward work. Restore the incentive to invest, build, employ and succeed. Get millions of healthy Brits OFF benefits. Give people a reason to work. BE UNPOPULAR. If healthy scroungers hate me for taking their benefits off them, good. Get used to it.
It’s all that, on a scale never seen before, or the country will collapse further into a third world hellhole - only this time we’ll get the hyperinflation and total economic catastrophe in addition to the migrants.
I refuse to leave a broken, bankrupt nation to my children and grandchildren.
Restore Britain is offering a route out.
It will be painful, more than anyone realises.
But it is the only way.

Tax him all he has, then let him know
That you won't be done Till he has no dough.
When he screams and when he hollers;
Then tax him more, take all his dollars
Then tax his coffin, Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in Which he's laid...
Put these words Upon his tomb:
‘Taxes drove me to my doom...'
When he's gone, Do not relax,
It's time to apply Inheritance Tax!

It seems that nobody has ever advised the actor Zelensky that it is never a good idea to continuously sniff and rub your nose when relentlessly begging for more money for a corrupt regime.
Or perhaps his advisors have the same social habits and are incapable of doing their jobs.
This is who governments have been giving our money to without our consent. #NOtoUkraine
