🚨 REMEMBER LINDSAY CLANCY’S LAWSUIT? SHE’S SEEKING MONEY FOR THE LOSS OF SEX AND INTIMACY WITH HER HUSBAND.

Her lawsuit claims she lost companionship, comfort, and “conjugal fellowship” with Patrick.
And yes, that includes SEX. The lawsuit seeks monetary damages for those alleged losses.
BUT LOOK AT THE DATE: JANUARY 24, 2023.
The very day she’s accused of killing their three children.
Well, YEAH! She’s incarcerated, facing murder charges, and their marriage has been devastated. If Patrick no longer wants that kind of relationship, could anyone blame him?
I understand this is a legally recognized claim. I GET IT. But seeing it included in this lawsuit is absolutely INSANE to me.
I’m sick of this case and I’m sick of Lindsay Clancy.
This is obviously just ONE part of a much larger lawsuit.

LINDSAY CLANCY: Prosecutors are fighting to keep Lindsay Clancy's triple-murder case alive, revealing details about the argument over a lone juror that ended her trial in a mistrial. In a new 30-page filing, the CW argues that Clancy can be retried for the deaths of her three children and that double jeopardy does NOT apply.
-The defense accused the holdout juror of LYING under oath about following the law.
-Judge William Sullivan questioned all 12 jurors individually. Each said they could follow his instructions.
-Clancy's attorneys wanted further questioning of the holdout, but prosecutors argue that could have improperly pressured the juror to change their position.
-The defense unsuccessfully asked for emergency intervention from Massachusetts' highest court before Sullivan declared a mistrial.
Prosecutors say the jury was genuinely deadlocked and the mistrial was legally necessary. They want all three murder indictments to remain in place so Clancy can face another trial.

After telling him she felt fine being alone w/the kids-HER FAMILY CHOSE to ALLOW it.
RATHER THAN CHOOSING TREATMENT- LC made the CHOICE to KILL.
In fact, Patrick and Lindsay’s mom were told by Lindsay of her thoughts of harming the kids but didn’t intervene. The audacity of them to sue 🙄
🚨 Patrick Clancy WRONGFUL DEATH 🚨
Tim Sweetland on behalf of Rebecca Jollatta and South Shore Health is on FIRE, arguing that Lindsay Clancy NEVER told Jollotta or any of the defendants, that she had intrusive thoughts of harming her children.
In fact, Sweetland says Patrick Clancy never mentioned it in his original lawsuit.
It was added in the AMENDED COMPLAINT.
