Nothing says "affordability" like re-opening the borders
As Biden was historically releasing tens of thousands of illegal aliens a month at the Texas border by June 2021, now Texas Governor-elect Gina Hinojosa praised his policies for “restoring order and humanity at the border”

Dems may think this is clever, but these constant threats to sue their government power to go after private individuals come off as just a planned abuse of power aimed at political retribution.

So, @LeaderJohnThune, maybe you missed it, but we got our asses handed to us on Tuesday. Shellacked. Decimated. Destroyed. Embarrassed even. Imagine how things might have gone if you'd have done the one thing we asked you to do; pass the SAVE Act. That's it. We didn't ask you for anything outlandish or difficult, we just asked you to do what the majority of Americans wanted. With a majority, even. And for whatever reason, you refused. OH, I know, you claimed you 'didn't have the votes' so you could blame other senators ... but getting the votes is also part of your job. You didn't even try. I know you won't resign because clearly what matters to you is YOU, and not the rest of us, but I would hope even you would understand how grossly unpopular you really are, and that pursuing any sort of leadership role in the Senate is literally spitting in our faces. Do something for us, this time. Step aside and let someone else lead the small group of senators we still have. Perhaps someone who actually cares about the voters and listens to us, before our entire party (and country) is done.

One word of caution. Do not underestimate the collective abilities of TikTok, feminism, other social media, and pure TDS to drive far more democrats to vote in a GOP president’s midterm than ever before. These are people that celebrated what happened to Charlie Kirk and who think women who kill their kids with exercise bands should walk free. There is hardly a thing as low turnout with that, and they’re in every state.

I don’t care if migrants are seeking a better life. So are millions of Americans. There is nothing wrong with putting American citizens first and prioritizing their needs, interests and future in their own country. That shouldn’t be a controversial position. It should be common sense.

I don’t think people realize the devastating consequences of the midterm election results. Democrats now have total control of enough states to circumvent a constitutional amendment and effectively eliminate the Electoral College. It’s the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. It’s an agreement among states to award all their electoral votes to the presidential candidate who wins the national popular vote rather than the candidate who wins that individual state. If they pass it, Republicans will never win a presidential election again, not to mention the Supreme Court seats we might lose if Alito and Thomas retire or are unable to serve. This is radicalism and a power grab by the left that will fundamentally ruin this country. I have to ask: Were all the mistakes made over the past two years by Trump and Republicans worth it? Elections have consequences, and conservatives need to face what is headed our way. We can’t allow something like Tuesday to ever happen again. nytimes.com/2026/11/05/us/el…

"The Electoral College may have died yesterday." Scott Galloway and Jessica Tarlov celebrate the idea of ending the Electoral College deciding the US president. Galloway: "The National Popular Vote Compact basically does away with the Electoral College." "Democracy has been perverted to a small number of states." "Last night, the three Republican states that went all blue in terms of their legislature and their governor needed to go over 270, elected Democrats across the board." "We stop obsessing over and spending $3,000 for every soccer mom in some town in Wisconsin." Tarlov: "it seems great. And it's also logical, which would be a good thing to be able to be logical in the way that we elect people." Galloway and Tarlov want to "pervert" the Constitution and strip the voice of Americans in smaller states. Democrats want to abolish the EC entirely, but this is how they try to subvert it in the meantime. "Raging Moderates"

The people who are pointing fingers at President Trump have got the message of the election all wrong. He made a mistake in not finishing Iran off quickly, but that's not the reason we have a real problem. The GOP Senate is led by a bunch of bumbling boobs. As much as I disliked Mitch McConnell, at least he was effective. The current group couldn't outsmart the Three Stooges. The larger Republican Party is in big trouble because we are not learning from our mistakes. The chairman of the RNC should resign now - he did a TERRIBLE job. (I bet most people don't even know his name. He's Mr. INVISIBLE.) We need a completely different philosophy. One that prioritizes a PERMANENT, FULL-TIME ground game over air wars. And stop sending us millions of stupid texts. It's a useless waste of money. House cleaning time is NOW.

A progressive group led by former Biden, Warren and Sanders aides has assembled a 182-page blueprint mapping out potential Democratic congressional investigations targeting President Trump's corporate allies and donors. The document, obtained and analyzed by Fox News Digital, names Tesla, Apple, Amazon, OpenAI, Meta, Google, Microsoft, Oracle and others as targets for potential hearings. It also names Palantir's Alex Karp and Coinbase's Brian Armstrong individually. The blueprint goes beyond corporate targets, urging scrutiny of Trump's personal finances, his tax arrangements, cryptocurrency businesses and alleged preferential treatment of corporate donors. A longtime Democratic Senate staffer familiar with the process says Democratic majorities on these committees already plan to exclusively focus on targeting allies and donors of the president, including those who donated to the new White House ballroom. Rep. Laura Gillen’s (D-NY) first post after the Democratic sweep Tuesday night isn’t about affordability - it’s about extending Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians with the new Democratic majority in Congress.
The fight to protect our Haitian neighbors and pass my bill extending TPS for Haiti will gain even more momentum with a Democratic majority in Congress. I’ve stood by our Haitian community and now look forward to working with my new colleagues to get this done.

Read this.
Four days ago Tucker Carlson warned in a long post that Trump was preparing to drop nuclear bombs on Iran. His post laid out all the "details" of the plan. The post got almost 100 million views and 400k likes and was shared everywhere across social media and MSM. Carlson warned that November 7th (two days from now) was the day that Trump would be deciding to drop the bombs. He said that there was a good chance that Trump would start WWIII, which Tucker said would be "short and final" because it would be a nuclear holocaust. This is the first video that Carlson has put out since the midterms. It's almost two hours long. At no time during this video does Tucker mention the upcoming "nuclear holocaust" that he said may be coming in two days. Think about that. In this video Tucker did celebrate the end of Trump and Trumpism a bunch of times, but there was no mention of the possible upcoming nuclear holocaust that he just warned the world about in excruciating detail. I've never seen anything like this. I'm just blown away. Tucker and many others who supported Trump in 2024 have been doing this sort of incomprehensible sabotage since early 2025, way before the Iran War started. A month into Trump's second term there were big name podcasters already declaring his presidency a failure. I know a lot of them have always hated Trump but were forced to support him in 2024 because it would have killed their brands to support Kamala. She was just that bad. I also realize that it is way more profitable to attack the person in the White House than to support them. The more outlandish the attack, the more clicks. That being said, I still don't understand this psychotic, life-consuming obsession with undermining and destroying this administration. They would never do this to a Democrat president.

Two more points…these are real, private-sector jobs…not the phony, government jobs of the Biden era that we paid for with inflation. And these jobs are massively increasing productivity, which increases goods and services and helps bring down inflation.
