If the wait time on hold on the phone is consistently over one hour you're not experiencing higher than expected customer wait times - you're experiencing a lack of staff problem. Ridiculous wait time for births, deaths and marriages. I feel for their staff.

Public want to cut MPs salaries to minimum wage (23.95/hr) and freeze that for three years. New MPs will only receive 60% of that as a 'training wage'. This will improve the efficiency and productivity of our MPs.
