I've been using @syncthing in place of Dropbox and iCloud for most of my file syncing across iOS, MacOS and Linux for the past month now. Very happy with it.
Using @MobiusSync and @beorgapp to get all my org-mode files on my iPad is very pleasing.

If you use #orgmode in #Emacs and also use @beorgapp, this is for you.
Easy iCloud sync with one line of code. A symlink to your iCloud app data sync folder. Now it works like native in-app iCloud syncing.

Don’t worry about Emacs issues on M1 Macs. emacsformacosx.com / Doom runs without a hitch under Rosetta. My 16GB i7 iMac takes ~3s to load Emacs/Doom and 7s to load my agenda. My 8GB M1 MacBook Air takes ~2s to start Emacs and then <6s for the agenda.

@appsonthemove Beorg is fully changing my life right now - drafting out a talk to (hopefully) give at the Emacs NYC meetup group on quickly logging content into org-mode using beorg and iOS shortcuts. Thank you for making this excellent app 🙏🏼

Super excited for encryption. I’ve been learning how to use org mode in emacs alongside beorg, since the first version. If you add a feature in beorg, I learn it in emacs. Brb gotta go install org-crypt! 😁

Found @beorgapp and it’s so far the best organiser/task manager/todo list I’ve used in iOS. Uses @orgmode_bot text formats so I can use #Emacs, but on top of supporting syncing it really works by itself. Also, no subscription model. beorgapp.com/

“I would be almost paralyzed at work without #Emacs, which is a powerful text editor that is popular among programming and software engineers for writing code. I use it in “org-mode” to develop to-do lists, handle shifting priorities, organize my notes, and tag necessary people – at Brookline, MA

Really, really impressed with how Beorg builds on the org-mode format to make it available and usable on mobile: beorgapp.com

I have used many tools to organize tasks, info,... from plain text to Evernote. With more or less success. But in the end, I have the feeling that only orgmode on emacs allows to do exactly what you want. Once you have reached a symbiotic relationship with it.

#emacs day 4: Org-mode is amazing. I'm starting to realize that this is way more than a text editor.

Second recommendation for org mode. Changed my life. Sync using iCloud and use @beorgapp on iOS.

Reorganizing my life with @beorgapp for iOS, because I have emacs on any system anyway, org-mode is cool, its just text, it has a lot of useful features, it has a built in REPL, its free, but leave them a tip, I love Trello too, but sometime I want to be able to just see the text
