Mamdani rushed to Brooklyn to meet with Jewish leaders when a mass shooting happened in Australia and when a car rammed into Chabad Headquarters, but can't travel to the Bronx to meet with Ghanaians who just lost a child!
New York, it's Halloweekend!
Important reminders:
1. If you're hitting any haunted houses with children, make sure to act scared so that they feel brave, like I did tonight at @nycparks’ Mad Labs Halloween Festival in Queens.
2. Make sure to vote! Early voting ends Sunday. Free pens. Costumes allowed. Get out there.
They ordered a food tray worth over ₦250k for my friend, and she has been crashing out because she needed the money for other things.
Omo! I understand her very well. Abeg, instead of ordering a food tray for that amount, just give me the money. 😭

Thanks very much!
And the misogynistic male Nigerian doctors on X are raising an army of misogynistic student doctors.
I debated with a few of them recently.
Something has to be done. Medicine is a well respected profession.

F: I don't appreciate you using 'dear' when we're having a professional discussion. You shouldn't use terms like 'stop it', 'lets not be dishonest', it's condescending.
M: My village people see o! she is accusing me of r@pe and sexual harassment.
From where to where?

You’re an obs/gyn specialist and you’re endorsing tweets from banger boys talking about how women are perpetual victims for fearing childbirth…….
Crazy mehn….
There’s no excuse for it. Obs/gyn emergencies are the most feared emergency in medicine because of how quickly they escalate and you usually have two patients. It’s very careless to be involving yourself in misogynist banger boy discussions

Apparently, some people think Africans don’t eat seafood. I suppose all the oceans surrounding the continent and the rivers running through it must be empty, much like your head, it seems.

They saw how us BLACK AMERICANS love seafood and trynna capitalize off our wave….. nothing new…

Let’s make something very simple, if we are discussing something serious which means something to me, no be that time you go Address me as “Dear” , cos you go unleash the Edo spirits that have been subdued for generations and you go think of why you decided to be patronising.

I attended university in America and my very first week of university my black American roommate punched me in the face.
I wanted to report her to the police but I was on a student visa and unsure if I could contact the police against a citizen so I reported to the RA instead.
The next week her and her BA friends stole my brand new bicycle I had bought for getting around on campus.
When I used to come to America every summer for holidays when I was a child, the first and only robbery I have ever experienced in my life, was a black American who stole my bag at the mall when I hung it on my chair at the food court and got up to go and stand in the line for food.
Later mall security was able to find and return my bag to me but the thief had opened it and taken my camera (it was film cameras back then) and all my money.
That was how I lost all the photos I had taken at Six Flags the day before that were so important to me as a child.
Tomorrow they will say Africans just magically want to avoid them out of inexplicable hate, when experiencing negative actions are a sensible reason to avoid anybody.
