This is unreal subversive behavior…
One minute Greenblatt is saying America is a secular multiracial melting pot…
The next minute he says he won’t allow his kids to race mix with non Jews.
Racial destruction for the goy, racial purity for the Jew…

"Anti-racist" ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt tells Israeli podcast his family will NOT engage in intermarriage.

The middle class is the new lower class.
Upper class (>$300k/yr) can live nicely
Lower class (<$70k/yr) gets everything for free
Middle class ($70k-$300k/yr) pays taxes, nothing is free, gets no benefits, and is forced to live among the lower class.

As someone who’s lost seven figures on $OPEN, I’m feeling particularly disgusted (and stupid) today.
The Open House was a joke - especially the mostly irrelevant, scripted questions. They were frankly offensive to shareholders who actually want real, transparent answers on fundamental topics like contribution targets, the new ANI target, timelines for the nationwide 3P launch, etc.
And how is there still no mention of the warrants that expire in 13 days?
For the first time since I started investing in $OPEN, I don’t trust the leadership. I’m not selling, but in my head I’ve already written this off

Neil W. McCabe: Stephen Miller was chosen today, but things really went down last night in the Oval Office, when the President became frustrated and began shouting—essentially shouting Chief of Staff Susie Wiles out of the office. From that point on, it became untenable for her to remain as chief of staff.

$OPEN Going down to zero? They raised about $650M in zero-coupon convertible notes in August… netting roughly $440M after buying back $158M of stock. Ok… Then they turned around and lost $218M in Q3 alone.
Most of the cash burn is from ramping inventory hard, they’re buying way more homes than they’re selling right now… inventory is up to $2.6B. They still have around $910M in cash, but equity is only about $590M against a big pile of inventory-backed debt. So what the stock should be?
They’ve been losing money for years and management admits they’re behind on the “profitable by year-end” goal. At $1.40 the stock is already pricing in a clean turnaround. If that doesn’t happen, this can easily go a lot lower, practically close to nothing. Are they going to take this junk private?

I didn’t want to talk reverse split or insiders buying shares until after this quarter cause I thought it would be premature. But when you pair this with Q4, which is going to be the worst quarterback they’ve had in quite a while. If we don’t see insiders buying shares at this level, we have to ask Kaz what’s going on with this company?
