Yes it's exactly that scheme as far as we can tell.

At the other end of this street and around the corner (technically a different street), there's an empty roundel + pedestrian zone. This probably means no cycling past the sign, but what would the implication be for the distance in-between the two?
Replying to @SocialistHB
Yes it would have rounded out the entire election, denied many Portillo/Clegg moments by MPs resigning and then Mason puts on back in, in his own nuclear way.

It gets him more and more appearances on GB News, Battle of Ideas etc. maybe eventually a job presenting on one of them or a cushy column somewhere.

🗣️LGSMigrants stand in solidarity with our friends protesting at Harmondsworth detention centre 🗣️
Today we went to Harmondsworth & Colnbrook detention centres to show solidarity with the detainees. But there was another protest happening inside.

We are outside the Harmondsworth & Colnbrook detention centres in solidarity with the 100+ people inside protesting against what they call a "human rights crisis" of inhumane conditions, including denial of access to healthcare.
You are welcome, you are loved! #ShutItDown

He'd have to admit his old RCP mates are significant players in the anti-woke right first, and he somehow doesn't squeeze that into the column inches.
-Jean Charles de Menezes didn’t jump the barriers
-Oladeji Adeyemi Omishore wasnt carrying a screwdriver
-Those dogs didn’t attack a woman in limehouse
-They did pursue those two teenagers in Cardiff
Can you trust anything the police say in the first 48 hrs after an incident?
Replying to @stuartj0hnson
Interesting how there's budget to remove this but not to remove discriminatory barriers.

The original plan (less parking, more pavement) was better. The new crossing will be better than what's there. Not as good, but easier, than a longer, wider subway.

There's a Martin Lewis video knocking around going through this bit of it. If Europe prices track wholesale shorter term and they had bigger subsidies when it was at worst, that'd explain most of it. Also UK has less gas storage.
Replying to @Pere_Duchesne
Not sure about a comparison to rest of Europe but the price cap is based on the past six months of prices, so even the April one is going to be based on mostly when they were at their highest.

He actually voted for the Iraq war and air strikes on Libya.
