"LA County, California, and idiots in the press scream like stuck pigs that the list is inaccurate when their idiotic concern about "cyber security" meant they worked off a hard copy with only 8 columns of data."
Reading the declaration further, we learn that the DOJ electronic spreadsheet with 20,000+ names had 30 columns of data that went with every name.
But remember that LA County refused to download the electronic file into its computer system out of "cyber security" concerns. To get over this hurdle, the Admin. sent a hard copy of the spreadsheet for LA County to use. It was from that hard copy that LA County "sampled" 200 of the names and declared the DOJ list to be full of inaccuracies.
The experts in the CHIRLA case tell a little different story.
They note that the hard copies that LA County relied upon had only 8 columns of data -- an Excel spreadsheet on a computer screen can have as many rows or columns as you create for data, and the user merely scrolls across or up/down to see them all.
But a hard copy has limited physical space.
The Experts say "The more data you have the better".
DOJ/DHS built an electronic spreadsheet with 30 columns of data explaining their verification.
LA County, California, and idiots in the press scream like stuck pigs that the list is inaccurate when their idiotic concern about "cyber security" meant they worked off a hard copy with only 8 columns of data.
Bookmark this post for later -- it is going to turn out to be the case that the 20,000 name list is going to be quite accurate. Certainly not 100% because of multiple individuals having the same name in large counties, but it is going to be a significant percentage when all the analysis is done.
Also -- this is only lawful aliens with either Permanent Resident status or in the U.S. on a long-term visa. That's where DOJ's names came from.
This first list of 20,000 names do not include any illegal aliens who have been encountered by DOJ/DHS over the past decade, and were allowed to stall their removal for one reason or another.
THAT is going to be a fun list to deal with when DOJ/DHS get that far.
I wonder if they need any help?

🇺🇸 Business Jet Crashes Into Florida Mobile Home Park, Multiple Dead
A Learjet 60 crashed into a mobile home park in Greenacres, Palm Beach County, shortly after 1 pm local time today. The FAA says nine people were aboard. Authorities report multiple deaths, but the exact toll is unknown, including whether anyone on the ground was killed.
The jet left Austin, Texas, for North Eleuthera in the Bahamas. According to Flightradar24, it suddenly went into a steep dive, descending at more than 32,000 feet per minute.
The crash site is about 9 miles from Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, where US forces recently deployed Avenger air defense systems. There is no indication of any link between the two, and the cause is not yet known.

I think this is a good post for me to stand on to ask many 𝕏 and LawTube lawyers to start talking.
This is overtly not only a conspiracy against rights §241 is is overtly Seditious Conspiracy §2384.
• When does a kinetic conspiracy shift to insurrection ?
-
The only place enemy is defined in federal law is 50 USC 2204 (2) &(3)
(2)the term “enemy” means any country, government, group, or person that has been engaged in hostilities, whether or not lawfully authorized, with the United States;
(3)the term “person” means—
(A)any natural person;
(B)any corporation, partnership, or other legal entity; and
(C)any organization, association, or group
This clearly reduces the concept of enemy from that of a recognized sovereign government.
-
•When does Rebellion or Insurrection §2383 become treason?
Unlike certain assertions that have been made: no where does § 2381 require a declaration of war by Congress nor the formal declaration of war by an enemy but rather an levy of war by someone owing allegiance to the United States:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
For those who rely on 18 USC 2331(4) an act of war is any between military forces
e.g. the use of State Militia or National Guard to impede the execution of federal law.
"(4) the term “act of war” means any act occurring in the course of— (A) declared war; (B) armed conflict, whether or not war has been declared, between two or more nations; or (C) armed conflict between military forces of any origin"
• Is this the only plausible definition of "levies war"?

Longer Video DEBUNKS Long Beach ICE ‘Victim’ Sob Story as Ricardo Gonzalez is Shown Assaulting Agent | Cassandra MacDonald, The Gateway Pundit
Footage released by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement shows Long Beach resident Ricardo Gonzalez tackling a federal officer during an operation last week, debunking the leftist narrative that he was an unprovoked victim of agents who broke his arm while he was simply riding an e-bike.
The initial clips that circulated widely captured Gonzalez pinned face-down in a gutter, screaming that his arm was broken and that he was a U.S. citizen.
Those videos, shared by groups such as StopICE.net and amplified by local officials, prompted protests outside Long Beach City Hall, calls for investigations, and a GoFundMe launched by his daughter Leslie Gonzalez that has raised nearly $29,000 toward a $30,000 goal for “medical bills and recovery.”
In the fundraiser, she wrote that her father “was struck by an unmarked vehicle of federal agents while riding his E-Bike,” was tased twice, pinned to the ground, and taken to the hospital.
Long Beach Mayor Rex Richardson identified Gonzalez as a former city employee and father, told the Los Angeles Times that he had spoken with him, and filed a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General.
Rep. Robert Garcia and other California lawmakers, including Sens. Adam Schiff and Alex Padilla and Rep. Nanette Barragán, sent a letter demanding a review of the use of force, according to a KTLA report.
Rep. Pramila Jayapal posted the partial video earlier this week, writing, “Another U.S. citizen was assaulted and injured by ICE. This time in Long Beach, California. Congress must refuse to fund this lawlessness and hold Trump’s rogue militia accountable.”
Statements from the Department of Homeland Security and ICE described the incident as unfolding very differently.
Agents were conducting a targeted enforcement operation to arrest an at-large criminal illegal alien when “anti-ICE agitators attempted to impede operations, threaten officers, and damage government vehicles.”
Officials said Gonzalez was arrested after he smashed the mirror of a government vehicle, that resisting arrest can result in injury, and that officers used the minimum force necessary.
They explicitly denied that agents struck him with a vehicle and referred to him as a “rioter.”
On Thursday, ICE responded directly to Jayapal’s post with additional video footage.
The agency wrote that “radical sanctuary city politicians have spent days screaming obscenities at ICE officers for their arrest of this individual shown CLEARLY tackling a law enforcement officer to the ground. There is no place in our society for attacks on law enforcement.”
The clip shows the physical struggle as Gonzalez engages the officer.
Long Beach police said they responded after ICE requested assistance for vehicle vandalism and a person needing medical aid.
Officers found Gonzalez handcuffed and bleeding, removed the restraints at a nearby fire station, and turned him over for medical transport.
Assaulting or impeding a federal officer is a federal crime.
The GoFundMe fundraiser remains active, despite the video evidence that he lied about the encounter.

🛑 New Video Appears to Show Ricardo Gonzalez Attacking ICE Agent in Long Beach 🛑
DHS already said Ricardo Gonzalez was arrested for smashing an ICE vehicle's side mirror. Now this video appears to show him going after an ICE agent too.
Assaulting, resisting, or impeding a federal officer is a crime under 18 U.S.C. § 111. Damaging federal property is a separate federal crime. He should be charged for both.
This is insane, @USAttyEssayli. ICE agents can't even do their jobs anymore without locals jumping them in the street. If this isn't prosecuted, the next agent pays for it.
🛑 Exclusive: ICE Says Rider Smashed Federal Vehicle Mirror in North Long Beach 🛑
On Saturday, October 17, ICE ran a targeted operation in North Long Beach, California, near Ellis Street and Locust Avenue. The goal was to arrest an at-large criminal illegal alien.
ICE says a man on an e-bike smashed the mirror of a government vehicle and was arrested. He is identified as Ricardo Gonzalez, 40. His family says he is a U.S. citizen born in Hanford, California, and a former city employee.
A neighbor told the Long Beach Post that agents accused him of throwing something at their car. A crowd of about 50 people then surrounded the officers and blocked their vehicles. The standoff lasted about an hour.
ICE agents called 911 to report vehicle vandalism and a person in need of medical aid. Long Beach police took him from the agents and brought him to a fire station, where paramedics took him to a hospital. LBPD says it did not take part in immigration enforcement and made no arrests. Police told ICE to file a vandalism report with the city.
Federal law is clear. Under 18 U.S.C. 111, assaulting, resisting or impeding a federal officer carries up to 8 years in prison if there is physical contact, and up to 20 years if a deadly weapon is used or someone is injured. Under 18 U.S.C. 1361, damaging federal property worth more than $1,000 carries up to 10 years.
Instead of asking why a federal vehicle was damaged, Mayor Rex Richardson filed a complaint with the DHS Inspector General and said ICE "should be abolished." Rep. Robert Garcia posted "ICE is not welcome in Long Beach. Abolish ICE."
ICE's full statement:
"On October 17, 2026, ICE conducted a targeted enforcement operation in Long Beach, California to arrest an at-large criminal illegal alien. During the operation, anti-ICE agitators attempted to impede operations, threaten officers, and damage government vehicles despite officers giving lawful commands. Officers followed their training and used the minimum amount of force.
ICE did NOT hit an individual on a bike. An individual was arrested after he smashed the mirror of a government vehicle. Resisting arrest is dangerous and can result in injury.
The rioter was transferred to the custody of local police, and we are investigating potential charges for the damage to a government vehicle.
ICE law enforcement officers are trained to use the minimum amount of force necessary to resolve dangerous situations to prioritize the safety of the public and our officers. Officers are highly trained in de-escalation tactics and regularly receive ongoing use of force training. The latest ICE use of force policy is available here.
We have seen a highly coordinated campaign of violence against our law enforcement. Our brave law enforcement is facing more than a 1,600% increase in assaults, 3,300% increase in vehicular attacks, and an 8,000% increase in death threats against them. This violence must end. Anybody who lays a hand on our officers or tries to obstruct them is committing a felony and a federal crime."

The story about Nevada is a lie.
Nevada has no more evidence of the citizenship of those 185 than does California.
It has an Attestation of Citizenship signed by the voter — nothing more.
I was proud to be one of the former federal prosecutors to sign this brief, and I'm relieved that yesterday, the Court ruled against the Administration. One telling statistic: the Department of Homeland Security also sent 185 names of alleged non-citizen voter registrants to the state of Nevada, and all 185 were determined to be U.S. citizens.
To be clear, there is a statute on the books to prosecute voting by illegal aliens. I fully support prosecuting people who vote illegally. But according to Justice Department statistics, between 2001-2023, 35 people were charged with voting as a non-citizen. That's less than 2 per year. In the same timeframe, well over half a million people have been charged with either entering the country illegally or re-entering the country illegally. That's well over 20,000 per year. This shows that equating illegal immigration with illegal voting is utter, 100%, weapons grade bullshit.
And I'm so confident that it's bullshit, if the DOJ convicts 50 people of violating 18 USC 611 ("Voting by Aliens") in the entire nation within the next year, I'll donate $1,000 to the MAGA Inc. PAC. My guess is the number will be closer to zero (I'm just playing it safe because I'd rather light my money on fire).
