For those who rely on 18 USC 2331(4) an act of war is any between military forces
e.g. the use of State Militia or National Guard to impede the execution of federal law.
"(4) the term “act of war” means any act occurring in the course of— (A) declared war; (B) armed conflict, whether or not war has been declared, between two or more nations; or (C) armed conflict between military forces of any origin"

Now thanks to Trump killing off the SAVE plan for no reason but he hated Biden it will be ballooning to $1400 a month and will end up at 4Xs the loan amounts.
