Is being a landlord in Britain the ultimate cuckoldry? I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than being a landlord under the Renters’ Rights Act. Honestly, think about it rationally. You are buying, furnishing, insuring and maintaining a house solely so it can go and get ravaged by another man. All the hard work you put into your beautiful little investment - servicing the boiler, choosing the grey laminate, making sure it has a healthy EPC rating, uploading six lovely photographs to Rightmove. All of it has one simple result: the property is more enjoyable for the man that will eventually rent it. Bought the perfect house? Great. Who benefits? A random man who had nothing to do with the way it was built or acquired, who can challenge the rent payment in a tribunal. He gets to sleep in the property every night. He gets the benefits of the magnolia walls and sweet neutral decor that came from the way you renovated it. As a man who owns a buy-to-let, you are LITERALLY dedicating at least 20 years of your life simply to look after a house for another man to enjoy who you can never evict. It is the ULTIMATE AND FINAL cuck. Think about it logically.

>ominous foretaste of the indignities that the hypercapitalist future has in store for the permanent underclass >look inside >straightforward intended consequence of one (1) bit of rent-seeking city regulation by a labor union that backed de Blasio's primary campaign
I'm planning a trip to NYC and I've been getting ads on for the 'West Village Eurohostel' (used to be The Jane). This, in combination with places like 'The Now Now' I feel like are a taste of the bleak future for people on the wrong side of the K. An end-point of premium mediocre where you can tell yourself suffering the indignity of communal bathrooms and rooms without walls that go all the way up to the ceiling doesn't mean you're doing that bad so long as there's Grown Alchemist in the bathroom and a charming serif font. Every other option is $500+ tho so gl I guess.

The replies have educated me: The stadium that is home to the multi billion dollar Qatari sports washing project that employs numerous multi millionaires and has regular brand collaborations with Nike and Louis Vuitton is NOT a capitalist symbol.
If rioting in France was really about battling capitalism then why is the biggest symbol of capitalism, the PSG stadium, untouched ⁉️‼️

the foids yearn to be scheming imperial concubines
Lol at female polygamy supporters. They always assume they'd be the favorite wife who gets to boss all the other wives around, and also apparently the other wives wouldn't have their own children to take care of and would just spend all day doing chores for you and your kids?

Yall important reminder is there is NEVER a safe way to choke someone EVER. Restricting someone's blood flow carries HUGE risks of permanent damage and death. Regardless of techniques, levels of pressure or consent NEVER EVER choke someone. Your brain needs constant and consistent oxygen. Even "low" levels of pressure can cause permanent damage. NEVER let anyone choke you ever and never choke anyone else either. Keep that shit strictly in fiction

upper-middle-class white Americans pay the lion's share of transit subsidies and it is the barest minimum of recompense to enforce rules of conduct designed to make them comfortable so that they feel they're getting something for their money; he who pays the piper calls the tune
Pious statements like this ignore a basic reality, which is that most normal people don’t feel obligated to be “uncomfortable” when they have alternatives. If you want public transit to thrive, you need to address both comfort and safety. Lectures don’t work.

(needless to say, the upper-middle-class ethos in question is not remotely exclusive to whites, but if the comment in the screenshot insists on getting racial then I suppose it would be unsporting not to go along)

Xi Jinping would not pay PIP. I will happily go on Novara any time they like and explain why if you want to be successful socialists you must reject welfarism and all its evils
The Times today argues that the over 1 billion pounds being spent on PIP for teenagers would be better spent on providing free therapy for them instead. I would be interested in seeing the arguments against.

DATING TIP FOR THE LADIES: if a man asks you out, that's a red flag. Masculine high-value men will be practicing semen retention and accumulating orgone energy that they can sublimate into athletic training and preparation for armed conflict

people are willing to say this but not admit that the "looters" here are the core base of the Democratic party and protecting their ability to loot is one of the non-negotiable die hard goals of the party
So a problem with school funding is that urban districts like NYC have a lot of funding resources, but they seem to be looted by the system or at least money is deployed but not in ways that have a direct impact on performance.

You shouldn’t care this much about food one way or another. People have gotten way too weird about this. It’s gluttony.
I agree with this. The people who keep screaming that it’s “cheaper” eat the same depressing, boring food, day after day. I’m not making chicken and rice and sandwiches and stew for weeks on end. Sure, that would be “cheaper” in the long run. But you’re eating like a dog.

Unpopular opinion but if eating boring food makes the needle on your life satisfaction twitch any more than barely perceptibly then that’s a severe character defect

As it happens, a key part of the Western (and in particular Protestant) sphere's rise to world dominance was an ethic of thrift and sobriety that redirected labor power and capital stock away from disposable luxuries and toward durable investments teapawt.org/Hys3x/status/210792268…
this is an opinion only a white person could come up with
