If you want someone who never touches the remote, doesn't care about football and sits quietly while you drink beer. Get a dog.

Just complained that a drone was visible on the screen of a film I was watching on TV. Turned out it was a fly on my TV.

She thinks her husband doesn't need to wish on his birthday cake candles. He has no need to wish for anything as all his dreams came true when he married her.

“What number is this, Chip?” “7-A!” This weekend marks the anniversary of “Daydream Believer,” released on October 25, 1967. Written by John Stewart of the Kingston Trio, and produced by Chip Douglas, it became one of those records that seemed to be an instant hit. Davy sang the lead, I sang harmony, Mike played guitar, Peter played piano, and Chip was there on bass and percussion. Shorty Rogers supplied the orchestral arrangement. The single became our third No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, holding the top spot for four weeks. It also reached No. 1 in Canada, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa, No. 2 in Australia and Norway, No. 4 in Germany and Japan, and No. 5 in the U.K. Peter came up with that instantly recognizable piano introduction, and the B-side was “Goin’ Down.” It had actually been recorded during the sessions for PISCES, AQUARIUS, CAPRICORN & JONES LTD., but wound up appearing on THE BIRDS, THE BEES & THE MONKEES instead. Let's hear it for "Daydream Believer!" #TheMonkees
