Rising Sun Trek (NER TREK-1)- Exploring Itanagar, Celebrating National Integration! 18 Associate NCC Officers and 550 cadets from 13 states, representing five NCC Directorates and forming part of the Rising Sun Trek Camp in Itanagar—explored Arunachal Pradesh’s rich biodiversity, cultural heritage and history under the National Integration programme. Visiting Ganga Lake, Itanagar Zoo, Jawaharlal Nehru State Museum, and the local markets showcased how the state's unique identity forms an integral part of the larger Indian mosaic. Through evening presentations showcasing their respective home states, these young leaders actively broke down regional barriers.
