TCR repertoire dream: decoding immune status by sequencing TCRs. Problems: 1) Need paired TCRab chains 2) Interesting T cell clones are often VERY small. Our solution: TIRTL-seq 🐢Deep, quantitative, & affordable paired TCR repertoire sequencing. 🧵 biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/… (1/11)

So happy to share our incredible work, just published in @CellCellPress. We found that high expression of OLAH drives life-threatening immune responses. OLAH directly impacts disease severity in multiple globally relevant, but distinct viral infections. tinyurl.com/3xupbr2k

MIS-C is a rare post-COVID syndrome impacting children, though a direct connection between SCoV-2 & severe inflammation is undefined
In our new collaborative effort w/UCSF & Boston Children's, we find a cross-reactive epitope could be the MIS-Cing link. A🧵nature.com/articles/s41586-0…

Our latest, from the brilliant @wchenomics and @_Choi_Junhong, out in @Nature , is ENGRAM, a multiplex method for symbolic recording of signaling and cis regulatory activity to DNA. Final version (not in preprint) includes integration w/ DNA Typewriter. rdcu.be/dN62L
Super excited to share that ENGRAM is out today! ENGRAM cells are programmed to write their histories into the genome, recording the intensity, duration, and order of biological events simultaneously.
