In a world of utter fakery, ragebait, faux outrage and grifters, it’s hard to argue that this isn’t a truly authentic man setting out on a mission he believes in.
Whether he fails or succeeds will come largely down to whether the country can actually unite behind common goals, whilst bad actors are doing everything to divide us.
Just listened to it all in full. If he can deliver on even some of what he laid out it will be transformative, but it needs everyone to get behind the vision. Also great to see a PM addressing the elephant in the room beginning with ‘B’……………………
Brexit.
Adjust the triple lock
Create National Care Service
Take control of water

Just checked @SuellaBraverman and @RobertJenrick feeds. No correction yet to say not a single one of "these men" has even made it to mainland Spain let alone "to the UK and Calais" as they both claim👇
But hey, what does the truth matter when populists can stir up "outrage" ?

I'm sorry (and obviously @BBCNewsnight is one of the best programmes on the BBC) but I can't believe what I've just seen
Half of it devoted to the 60 000 who have crossed into Ceuta but 𝐧𝐨 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 whatsoever they've practically all gone back to Morocco already !
No wonder Reform spreads, unchallenged, its "they're all coming here" narrative (see Suella Braverman's tweet whipping up the anger, claiming right on cue that "most of them are heading to the UK !")
I mean, really @BBCNewsnight ? You go out live and the fact they've practically all gone back to Morocco already has been out there since early evening !

Will you be posting about their return to Morocco and the raft that none have reached the European mainland? Or does that not fit your narrative. Vote Binface

Under a Binface government, anyone who doesn’t accept human-made climate change as fact will be sent back to school, from Year 1 right the way to A Levels, to see if anything goes in the second time round. #VoteBinface

NEW: Am told Keir Starmer wrote handwritten notes for every single member of No 10 staff - in the hundreds - thanking them for their public service

Alright let’s have a proper scientific poll now, so please share / repost for a nice big range of views. If you lived in Clacton, who would you vote for?
3%Nigel Farage
97%Count Binface

If Count Binface ends Nigel Farage’s political career in this silly hissyfit unnecessary by-election it will be the single greatest moment in British politics

Currently the Clacton By-election appears to be a choice between
A) a novelty act with no real policies
B) Count Binface.
Whilst Burnham is making cringe videos, Starmer is still getting the job done.
