On this day in 2006 (15 years ago!) @Venuseswilliams published an op-ed in The Times of London, continuing to make her case for equal prize money at @Wimbledon. Taking the court for her sixth Wimbledon final in 2007, she secured victory, closing the gender pay gap at the Majors.
