I got an email that hit me this morning.
A customer's daughter reached out and said her dad had passed away.
She was going through some of his stuff, and she found a divot tool we made and the handwritten notes we sent out.
This guy was one of the first people to buy a Hanna Golf putter - a July of 2024 OG. He ended up buying two putters from us.
But what hit me is that he always sent me an email once a month - encouraging us to keep going, to keep grinding. He would tell me my Grandad would be proud.
He was always cheering for us on social media.
He didn't know me. He didn't know anything about Hanna Golf. Yet, he spent his hard-earned money on a couple of putters. And took time out of his day to send us messages.
Trying to build a business is hard. The lows (and there are lots of them) are lonely. You question everything.
But every now and then, during one of those low points, you get a message. And he did that. And it picked me up.
He impacted me more than he probably knew.
I'm grateful that we have a lot of people like this supporting Hanna Golf.
I really am fortunate. And sincerely appreciate the people who have gone out of their way to take a chance on a complete stranger on the internet.

Today is my 32nd birthday.
Over the last month, I asked several 90-year-olds what advice they would give to their 32-year-old selves.
Here's the life advice everyone needs to hear:

When you rise, be happy because you are alive. You are going to change the world. That’s the way I feel. The sense is right here, right now. It’s a miracle where we are. It’s amazing what we have. And it’s amazing what we can do.
This should be required investing and life reading.
- If your expectations grow faster than your income you’ll never be happy with your money.
- Having no FOMO might be the most important investing skill.
- Few things are as valuable in the modern world as a good bullshit detector.

Fast, lift, sprint, stretch, and meditate.
Build, sell, write, create, invest, and own.
Read, reflect, love, seek truth, and ignore society.
Make these habits. Say no to everything else.
Avoid debt, jail, addiction, disgrace, shortcuts, and media.
Relax. Victory is assured.

I fear @naval may be right.
Flattening the curve doesn’t work, it’s too big.
Crush it completely with massive testing, internal borders, and isolation.
Otherwise, it’s an uncontrolled burn and we’ll be power-cycling the economy all the way to herd immunity.

I had a strange day as many of you had. I came across this. If we all help each other, even if for selfish reasons, maybe this is how it goes.
