There is a law that compels @ZECzim to release V11s. It is the constitution of Zimbabwe s62(1) which says I quote, "every Zimbabwean citizen or permanent resident, including juristic persons and the Zimbabwean media, has the right of access to any information held by the State or by any institution or agency of government at every level, in so far as the information is required in the interests of public accountability"
The constitution of Zimbabwe is very clear that information held by the state can be accessed for public interest, it is a no brainer that the electoral residue is of public interest.

The fraud by @ZECzim in unacceptable and we should reject it in toto. A fresh election after:
1. Comprehensive electoral, media and political reforms
2. Removing all security arms from conduct of elections
3. SADC supervision of elections
These are the minimal conditions!

Update on last night’s police raids on Civil Society Organisations @ZESN1 and @ercafrica
The @PoliceZimbabwe crack team of combined CID Homicide, Support Unit and Law and Order officers made 2 more raids at offices in Belgravia and Holiday Inn to make a total of 3 raids last night.
The number of arrests increased from 26 to 39 as ZanuPf clamps down on civil society organisations that specialise in elections monitoring and data gathering a they want to stop independent parallel vote tabulation.
This is a desperate move to destroy any evidence of rigging.
The 39 are being denied access to their lawyers.
The more time passes without access to lawyers, it will become an enforced disappearance.
