BMW = Bring More Werbung
seems crazy. The movie Spider-Man: Brand New Day paid BMW to take over the display of every BMW made after 2020. When you start a BMW, it shows you an ad for Spider Man. Really cheapens BMW imo.

Proximity to SF doesn't matter if you use Twitter Correctly. X.com is 2 months ahead of SV/founders/eng (if you curate your feed correctly and are in the right group chats)

I built a multiplayer embroidery sampler for the internet. It's called Common Thread. 🪡 Built the entire thing in @Figma Make, first thing I've ever vibecoded with it. Every visitor gets a patch on a shared canvas. You pick a thread color, choose a stitch type, and craft your art. A sampler is a piece of fabric where you practice and collect different stitches — a reference guide and playground in one. They were meant to be passed between hands and added to over time. Common Thread is that, but the fabric is infinite, the UI is whimsical, and the hands are anonymous. The part I love most: you can snap any section with a draggable embroidery hoop and export it, framed. i love how Figma Make is a kind of tool that lets you focus on what something should feel like, not how to ship it. Made for the @contra x Figma Makethon #FigmaMakeathon Try it yourself! /link below/

Lol, the first option in the Gmail AI tool is to translate any email to Polish. Curious how much Poland paid for that feature.

The end of social networks has begun.
Folks, please don't build bots that automatically reply to stuff on X, or use AI to reply. It makes this site annoying to use, I can barely keep up with the blocking. If you use AI to "tweak" your real replies, it will still smell like AI. Embrace typos and imperfect grammar.

Just paid $50 to try SimpleClaw to save time (basically OpenClaw on a VM). Didn’t respond to the very first message. Now I’m seeing this “5-day-old product” is supposedly for sale for $200k. AI gold rush is wild
SimpleClaw was built just 5 days ago. and it’s already listed for $225k feel kinda bad for whoever's about to buy this 😬

RC_XYZ becomes available in ~2 months. We’d prefer handing it to the right team rather than letting it expire. Annual fee: $2,500 (registrant’s cost of use). DM if interested.

How to win @boltdotnew hackathon despite a DB crash before submission? 3M record @supabase DB crashed, couldn't present in claimly.com final video. In 5 days, 3 people (@davidtyemnyak, @Nguyexu3) submitted a non-functional project and still "won". Hackathon had 3 goals for us: learn vibecoding workflow, prototype 3M unclaimed money map (discussed for 3 months). Result: w̶i̶n̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶a̶ ̶p̶r̶i̶z̶e̶, changed workflow, testable prototype. Thanks @boltdotnew

StoryHero by @reiling58481 An app for reading personalized kids' stories out loud using ElevenLabs voice AI. Simple flow, great voice integration, and a clean mobile-first design. It's a delightful use of tech for parents. xitter.cf/reiling58481/status/19…
Just got @elevenlabs working in our app, storyhero.site, to read off the kids stories. Super happy with the result! (volume up to hear the read along)
