Writing update. After today’s writing session, I’ve now written 350k words for the year. Wow. That’s the most I’ve written in a year and there are still two months remaining. Yes, much of it is unreadable garbage but there’s also a bunch of new stories about to drop.

I spent most of the last two days reading over the stories I need to pick from for the collection. I’m quite happy with how it’s shaping up and can’t wait for you to read these new Ella stories. Truly different than the prior lore. Will shock some folk.

Origin of a Serial Killer was originally published 6 years ago and is completely revamped. There are 3 brand new stories included and likely one more. Hoping to release this in January. I’ll likely be changing the title as well. Updates will be posted when I have more info.

Been submitting this wacky, hyper-specific overshare of a 3-page poem that I love so much for over a year now—only to dream mags, which is part of why it took so long. So glad I persevered. It’ll be out November 1st! 😃

In writing news my next book release will be an Ella story collection titled Origin of a Serial Killer. I’m working on the final version, deciding which stories make the list and which get cut. At current it’s 12 stories 20k words.
