Hey @AvantiWestCoast. Your colleagues at Rugby station this evening managing the rail replacement queues were excellent - patient, kind and understanding. They got a lot of unnecessary grief from people so please pass on my thanks.

Can we now stop trying to make this a “thing” (great resignation, grey resignation, great return etc) and recognise that labour markets are just that - markets. And markets move around and fluctuate.
Headline indicators for the UK labour market for August to October 2022 show that:
▪️ employment was 75.6%
▪️ unemployment was 3.7%
▪️ economic inactivity was 21.5%
