Omar Berrada and Jason Wilcox should have no future at Manchester United. They have spectacularly failed at building a squad or appointing a manager and should be replaced.

It should seriously frighten United fans that Wilcox and Berrada will now choose Manchester United’s new manager. After Ten Hag, Amorim and now Carrick, they are serial failures, out of their depth and clueless about what is needed.

I will only allow Jack Lowden to toil in the James Bond mines if it might help us get a physical media release of Matt Palmer's CALIBRE.

Carrick came in, got the players to buy in, did a great job. Players got convinced to stick around that may have been looking to leave as they got assurances that the club would back the manager and invest in the summer. Window ends with net 1 extra midfielder and Rashford who doesnt want to be there. Big personalities and leaders feel like theyve been misled, manager feels like he's been let down, and the energy around the club falls off. Its not rocket science. Carrick may not be the solution, but he's not the problem. Rotten.

Let's not get this twisted. If you listen to Martinez he actually backs Carrick and doesn't out his current teammates. He states we needed more players for a more demanding season. Pure deflection to take the heat of who he really called out = Wilcox and the owners

In the last month, City have had an offside goal given against United, an Elliot Anderson handball not given against Sunderland, Gravenberch sent off for two soft yellows against Liverpool, and they’ve been found guilty of industrial scale cheating. The Premier League is a farce.

Until Manchester City are sanctioned for their decade-long cheating every one of their goals and every one of their wins this season will be meaningless. The Premier League also remains hugely damaged for as long as this "sham" continues.

Just a reminder that £40m came out Man Utd's transfer budget to pay off interest on the Glazers debt & £63.5m went on land for a new stadium. £103.5m that could've got us a good LB and CB this summer went elsewhere because of the shambles ownership at this club btw.. This ownership dumping their debt on us, is restraining us every single summer. Everyone knew we needed a ST, LB and CB in summer.. even Carrick asked for these positions. Don't forget that! #GlazersOut

Great idea. Would certainly help keep the football world talking about our disgraceful owners. The more attention the better. Go on Banana, get it sorted.
Should get a banner at the etihad showing man uniteds accumulating debt.

I had a grand old time with Digger. Sure, the satire is more blunt-force trauma than surgical (and as such, reflects our coarse, blusterous times), but it’s formally miraculous and narratively audacious. Cruise allows tenderness to poke through his bellicose blowhard

The lad unintentionally explained the exact mechanism of how sportswashing works😀 The core strategy of sportswashing isn't to buy a club and run it poorly or purely for ego. The strategy is for a state linked actor to use vast wealth to do a boss job of running a club and uplifting the surrounding community. By supporting thousands of jobs, building world class venues, and delivering relentless sporting success, the ownership successfully purchases the fierce, unshakeable loyalty of the fanbase and the local government. Once that deep goodwill is established, it acts as a powerful geopolitical shield. When international observers criticise the UAE's human rights record, or when the Premier League investigates the club's financial practices, the ownership barely needs to defend itself. An entire army of fans and local stakeholders will step up to defend them, because their daily lives have genuinely been improved by the state's money. The "washing" is successful precisely because the local investment is so undeniably good.
Ian Wright saying City’s owners “don’t care about anything” and the club was always a “vanity project” is so, so laughably ignorant. What about £700m invested in East Manchester, 14,000 jobs supported, bringing a major entertainment venue to the city and now a stadium expansion?
