Korra’s redemption arc is one of the most misunderstood parts of LOK, and I’ll stand by that. 😭🩵
People focus so much on her mistakes that they forget how much she had to lose before she could finally understand herself. She went from believing being the Avatar meant she had to be strong enough to handle everything to becoming someone who understood that strength also means being vulnerable, asking for help, and knowing when to step back.
After everything she went through, Korra didn’t come back as the same person. She became more patient, more compassionate, and more understanding of people who were struggling.
Her redemption wasn’t about proving she was the perfect Avatar. It was about learning how to be Korra outside the title.
And honestly, I think that’s what makes her journey so beautiful. 🥹
What do you think people misunderstand the most about Korra’s character development?

pernah baca komentar orang luar yang ngomong indonesia ga akan pernah bisa jadi negara maju karena mentalitas warganya lebih senang di injak injak kapitalis dan dibodohi pemerintah sendiri dibanding memperjuangkan haknya, n now i agree with that statement 😂
mimpi mau punya pemimpin yang bener, kehidupan yang sejahtera, kerjaan dengan gaji yang layak. tapi ngeliat sesama rakyat yang lagi memperjuangkan haknya malah sensi, dianggap bodoh karena pilihannya kalah, ditanyain mana datanya, mana dalilnya dll
2045 kalo indonesia masih gini gini aja bukan cuman karena pemerintah disini yg ga bener, tapi sebagian rakyat disini juga pada oon. kalian semua nyadar gasih, sebenarnya kita yg lagi memperjuangkan hak penghidupan yang layak tuh lawannya bukan cuman ke pemerintah doang.. tapi sesama rakyat sendiri.. 😔
