I am Quickened and I approve this message. 😆 Grok’s summary of @quickened2him’s doctrinal stance: “He’s a no-system, Scripture-only guy who believes God sovereignly causes everything for His glory (classic theistic determinism), but he refuses to let anyone file him under Calvinism or any other label. Everything he posts circles back to the plain text of the Bible and God getting all the glory.”

There is zero scriptural support for the position that it's a sin for Christians not to vote.

Not sure what's more ridiculous: the OP or the comments.
If your pastor isn’t encouraging you to vote right now, find a new church. Even if neither candidate is a Christian, we are called to vote for the one most aligned with God’s Word. In 2026, that means you have to vote Republican. Stop calling yourself a Christian if you vote for democrats.

Charlie is irrelevant. He has no bearing on my life. I never followed him when he was alive. I follow Christ alone. I strive to please Him alone. Christ called us to forsake our FAMILY in comparison to Him; how much quicker will I forsake my country!

The problem is not that those who call themselves atheists define atheism as a mere lack of belief, and then hide behind the burden of proof. It’s that they assert things from inside that lack as if assertions are somehow freebies. A lack doesn't assert folklore. A lack doesn't know what a good God would do. The moment you say what is true, what God would be like if He existed, or why Scripture is unreliable, you're making claims like everyone else. Own it and defend the claim… or couple that lack of belief with a lack of words.
Atheists have the burden of proof

I meet a very prideful Christian every day. It turns out he is me. Who will set me free from the body of this death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
I met a very prideful Christian today. It turns out he is a Calvinist… Coincidence?

🔥response, and it covers every question of this kind. "How do you know?" is not settled by any standard outside Scripture. What the Bible says about knowing is the only answer.

The so-called problem of evil is the epitome of question-begging. Those who appeal to it define "good" as "would not decree what I judge to be evil," then assert that the God of Scripture doesn't measure up to their own creaturely standard. But the conclusion was already in the premise, so absolutely nothing has been argued. The "problem" only exists within the man who refuses to submit to what Scripture says about who God is, then treats that petulant foot-stomping as an argument. To replace God's definition of Himself with your own is to deny Him. Scripture calls that man a fool... moron, if you prefer the blunter English word we got from the Greek (Rom 1:22). But this isn't Calvinism. It's just Scripture.
🔥 There is no “problem of evil” in the Bible. God is perfectly good, wise, loving, just, merciful, holy, and blameless. He is Creator, Judge, and Justifier—and all things unfold according to His sovereign purpose. The so-called “problem of evil” arises when people become uncomfortable with the God Scripture actually reveals and try to reconcile Him with their own expectations. God does not need to be rescued from His sovereignty. He is righteous in all His ways. 👑 #SovereigntyOfGod #Calvinism #Theology

Paul’s argument is that natural descent from Abraham does not by itself make a person part of the spiritual Israel of God. A Jew according to the flesh, just like a Gentile, must be made a new creature in Christ. “For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly... But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit” (Romans 2:28-29). Paul distinguishes the outward Jew according to the flesh from the inward Jew according to the Spirit. “For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel” (Romans 9:6). Physical lineage does not equal spiritual election. “They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed” (Romans 9:8). Therefore both Jew and Gentile must be made alive and created anew by God. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature” (2 Corinthians 5:17). “For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature” (Galatians 6:15). Paul immediately follows this by saying, “And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God” (Galatians 6:16). The distinction is therefore not ultimately Jew versus Gentile according to the flesh, but flesh versus Spirit, old creation versus new creation, and natural seed versus children of promise. God’s elect, whether Jew or Gentile, must be spiritually circumcised and made a new creation in Christ. “And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise” (Galatians 3:29).

God — “It is God that justifieth.” (Romans 8:33) Grace — “Being justified freely by his grace.” (Romans 3:24; Titus 3:7) Christ’s blood — “Being now justified by his blood.” (Romans 5:9) Christ’s resurrection — “Raised again for our justification.” (Romans 4:25) Faith — “Being justified by faith.” (Romans 5:1; Romans 3:28) The faith of Christ — “Justified by the faith of Christ.” (Galatians 2:16) Christ Himself — “By him all that believe are justified.” (Acts 13:39) The Spirit — “Justified by the Spirit of our God.” (1 Corinthians 6:11) Christ’s name — “Justified in the name of the Lord Jesus.” (1 Corinthians 6:11) Words — “By thy words thou shalt be justified.” (Matthew 12:37) Works — “By works a man is justified, and not by faith only.” (James 2:24) These are not competing causes. God is the Justifier; grace is the source; Christ and His blood are the redemptive basis; His resurrection declares the accomplishment; and faith, words, and works manifest what God has wrought.
