Can't be overstated how dependent the nation's largest school districts are on Google for EdTech. This is essentially a vendor dictating policy and mandating that its AI be used in classrooms. nytimes.com/2026/11/03/us/go…
Car crash. Unprepared for every question. Offers no answers to explain her behavior.
Halloween was yesterday but the clowns are out in force today
Teamsters General President Sean O’Brien here. Just voted in the State of Florida for the first time, and very proud to have cast a ballot for @SenAshleyMoody. Sen. Moody has been extremely helpful working with the Teamsters to protect workers’ pensions, defend good-paying jobs, and support well-funded union apprenticeship programs. The Teamsters look forward to working with Sen. Moody in her role on the Senate HELP Committee to pass the Faster Labor Contracts Act and get this critical legislation signed into law to protect American workers.
weird person, weird video, weird shit going on behind the scenes. Should never be affiliated with Dem politics again.

The two stories of the NBA are
1) the entire league has old man bodies by 22 that are breaking down
2) the 3 most iconic players from the 2000s are all somehow immortal

Wrote about this back in September. Our X feeds switched over to nonstop posts about WW3 starting because there are now a whole bunch of Verified accounts that make money by psychologically tormenting day traders and crypto bros with poorly aggregated newswires.
what, genuinely, do ppl think is happening with this? feels like a combo of real and justified cybersecurity fears and iran escalations. but also a real
algorithmic tweak that feels suspicious this close to the election (and a lot of rando accounts that could be run by any engagement farmer or nation state)

Patrick Stewart’s villainous turn in GREEN ROOM has stayed with me longer than I ever anticipated. His casual delivery of “I need a true believer” has echoed in my mind for a decade.

If baseball teams cooperated instead of competing, they could work together to score a virtually unlimited number of runs. And isn't that the point? To score runs?

This! @christianbrits pans the "unethical travesty" that is Nathan Fielder's You Can See Everything.
"There's no getting around the fact that Nathan Fielder made a crooked bargain to get his documentary made," he writes.
I agree. I'm surprised, and a bit disappointed, that more people aren't denouncing the filmmakers' tactics. Fielder made a documentary about someone who conned people out of money they were owed—and then goes and does something... kind of similar.

Think the demand for payment actually worked in the filmmakers' favor. Fielder turns the situation into an “I’m not locked in here with you. You’re locked in here with me” deal. Exploits Billy's complete misunderstanding of leverage to get exactly where he wants to go.
