#IKIGAI RULE 4: The People Around You Matter.
One thing I have understood over the years is that professional success is never a solo journey.
In #SupplyChain, this becomes especially clear.
Things rarely go exactly as planned. A vehicle gets delayed, a shipment takes an unexpected turn, or a customer requirement changes at the last moment.
And when that happens, you don't just rely on processes.
