Just a quick reminder that tomorrow is the first day of Normvember, where I will post three jokes per day and basically try to flood Twitter with old Norm Macdonald jokes for an entire month. I'll be posting all his greatest hits from Weekend Update (and maybe even a few not from Weekend Update too), so enjoy!
I didn’t know there was an account @legitctaalerts which I appreciate but no one can do much if cta doesn’t provide updates somewhere
This would be one of those mornings where it would be useful for Chicago/@cta to report delays on the brown line so we know what to do.
I am chewing the last few ice chips in this open cup. The man next to me on this purple line train just lit something up and is pulling down his pants. I guess we are both equally in the wrong.
The man deserves it
on february 11th, we will honor the one & only muggsy bogues. 🐝

I don’t know. I really think she just never got the joke. Also it will be curious to learn how many stunts like this didn’t make the movie.
Carreyrou nails it here (was very surprised zero mentions of him in the movie btw) nytimes.com/2026/10/17/busin…

Back in the day, we did a phishing test with a client who had recently removed free soda as an employee benefit. One of the things that our phishing email asked employees to log in and fill a survey about was if they would like to see free sodas returned to the workplace.
The employees were so excited by the phishing email that they forwarded it around to each other to ensure that everybody got a copy and could log in and fill it out.
Needless to say, the client was furious, and we all learned a very valuable lesson about running the content of the phishing emails by the client and their corporate communications team before sending it to their employees.
This is a safe, secret place, right? The only time (so far) I know I’ve fallen for a phishing scheme was when my company sent out a test message regarding a survey for a new amenity a few months after it opened.
Still have never been asked my feedback on it.
I really hope some injustice is perpetrated against someone named Alberta - how else will I offload all these Free Alberta t-shirts?
I didn’t watch the whole demo but I guess I’m now covered in that situation I find myself in so often where I’m driving up a wall
There is going to be a great docuseries one day unveiling who has been murdering these beluga whales.
I’m betting a killer whale!
Another beluga whale rescued from a Canadian marine park died at the Shedd Aquarium. buff.ly/9eFo3Qo
Looking for the Chicago angle, I sure hope Art of Pizza can capitalize on this Kelly Clarkson/Art of Play feud.

The Skydeck may never reopen.
