Judge Ana C. Reyes volunteered to help Biden win in 2020. Biden then appointed her to the federal bench. Before becoming a judge, she donated to Democrats and reportedly gave more than $1,700 to Defeat by Tweet, an organization that raised money off Trumpās posts.
Now she is overseeing a challenge to Trumpās golf course plans backed by Norm Eisen, Democracy Defenders Fund, Democracy Forward and Lowell & Associates. Her political history deserves scrutiny, especially when her courtroom behavior is already the subject of formal objections.
DOJ accused Reyes of belittling government attorneys, prejudging issues and hauling officials into testimony without adequate preparation. In a separate 2025 misconduct complaint, DOJ quoted her asking an attorney what Jesus would say about excluding transgender people from homeless shelters. She also staged a hypothetical ban on University of Virginia law graduates, directing counsel to sit down to make her point.
Her activism stretches back decades. Dolores Huertaās letter supporting her nomination describes Reyes organizing rallies and marches against Californiaās ban on affirmative-action preferences and joining the Feminist Majority Foundationās board in 2014.
This is a substantial record of partisan involvement followed by courtroom conduct that invites serious questions about impartiality. Americans are entitled to scrutinize whether a judge with that history can put her politics aside when ruling on the administration she previously spent money opposing.

The British state is once again putting Tommy Robinson through the legal meat grinder for the crime of existing and speaking.
Jury deliberations are underway at Southwark Crown Court on "harassment" charges that stem from him reacting after MailOnline outed his familyās holiday location and put their lives at risk.
This is the same endless campaign of lawfare, process, and pressure that has jailed him repeatedly, isolated him, targeted his family, and treated him as a priority problem while Islamic grooming gangs operated for years with ZERO urgency.
They called him a racist, an extremist, a terrorist threat. They locked him up, seized his phones, and now they haul him back to court for messages after journalists published where his kids were staying. I believe they are trying to have them killed. Brazilian authorities and media are trying to find out where Flavio Bolsonaro is.
Brazil's notorious authoritarian Judge Alexandre de Moraes -- before the votes were counted -- already had an order prepared to seize Bolsonaro's passports and bar him from leaving the country even though **he's been charged with no crime** (there are various pending financial investigations). Moraes signed the order barring Bolsonaro from leaving Brazil SEVEN MINUTES after Lula was declared the winner on Sunday night.
A media outlet in Argentina this morning reported that Bolsonaro entered Argentina to fly to the US. His friends and allies deny this, but Flavio could easily just appear in Brazil or even by video and has not done so. Argentina is being sketchy, evasive and somewhat uncooperative with Brazil's federal police (Lula and Milei are obviously not allies).
Whatever else is true, it is not exactly a sign of a healthy, normal or functioning democracy when the candidate who narrowly loses a presidential race -- and concedes defeat -- is suddenly barred from leaving the country by a Supreme Court Judge now globally notorious for censoring, imprisoning and otherwise persecuting his critics and opponents of Lula's government. It is also worth noting that Bolsonaro's party dominates the Senate, having run on a vow to impeach Moraes, and this is seen by many as a kind of leverage/hostage ploy by Moraes to cling to power.

BREAKING UPDATE: Authorities in Billings, MT, have DECLINED to press felony charges against the student who allegedly stabbed a teacher after a nearly 10-month investigation.
Weāre told the student who stabbed a teacher is TRANSGENDER.
The school's superintendent released a statement saying he's "frustrated" that no charges were being filed.
Why are police protecting a violent trans??

The police and school are being VERY tight-lipped about the student attacker.

Iām just tired. This is the third time Iāve been arrested in the space of two months. Two weeks ago, the police showed up at my house, intimidating my family.
The process itself is the punishment, and it wears you down. My partner was just on the phone with me, upset because she genuinely believes thereās a chance she could see me go to prison.
However, this is what you sign yourself up for, and I intend to see it through to the end.
Iāve just been released on bail, and the case theyāre trying to bring against me is an absolutely shocking attack by the establishment.
First of all, Iām banned from central London, including Westminster, and Iām also prohibited from attending or reporting on any Gen Z-style protests taking place in the UK. This is absolutely absurd and, in my view, nothing more than an attempt by the establishment to stop me from doing my work.
Secondly, during my interview, they were unable to provide any witnesses. Nobody involved in the Gen Z protests came forward with a statement or any evidence against me, yet theyāre still attempting to pursue a case.
My duty solicitor did little to challenge the conditions imposed on me and didnāt seem particularly interested in contesting them.
More footage of what happened today will be coming out soon. The whole situation was absolutely insane.

Two years a follower sent me this, a Muslim woman telling her of the men's attitude to white girls, which is utter contempt. It was confirmed when @RupertLowe10's Inquiry was published.

Two Americans and MAGA Trump voters in Charlotte NC have just been k*lled by a drunk-driving illegal immigrant from Mexico.
He is labelled as a "WHITE CAUCASIAN" male in the arrest records, despite being a Mexican illegal alien.
Their names were Rodney Quinn and Dana Osborne.
He was 66. She was 63.
On Saturday, October 24th, around 6:30 in the evening, they were riding down Moores Chapel Road in west Charlotte.
Police say a Honda Pilot turned left out of a driveway onto Moores Chapel Road... right into their path.
Police say the driver FAILED TO YIELD.
Rodney tried to stop his motorcycle, but it wasnāt enough.
The Harley hit the front corner of the Honda, went down on its side, and both of them were THROWN into the road.
They were wearing DOT-approved helmets, they did everything right.
But sadly, paramedics pronounced them both DE*D at the scene.
The driver of the Honda? Police say he had NO INJURIES.
His name is Jose Salas Tzompaxtle, and heās 36 and an illegal alien from Mexico who has been arrested TWICE before for driving without a license, and was never deported.

Sen. Gallego (D-Ariz.) calls for disbarring lawyers who serve the Trump admin and applying "social pressure." He says "when you do sh***y stuff, we should treat you like s**t."
But then he makes an exception for universities that settled with Trump. "We're going to have to be fairly judicious about who gets punished and who doesn't."
So:
1. Try to disbar lawyers who took positions you don't like.
2. If that fails because they didn't do anything wrong, be mean to them.
3. Making a deal with the admin because your university client actually did violate the law (SFFA, Title 9, etc.) qualifies you for mean treatment.
4. Selective enforcement is key. Don't be mean in a consistent, principled way. You don't have to piss off Harvard and Penn while you have two kids in high school.

Trump needs to bankrupt Time Magazine. On Monday they amplified an unsubstantiated rape allegation against him from a partisan House Judiciary Democrats report.
The report includes claims from Beatrice Keul, a former Miss Switzerland, that Trump raped her in a Plaza Hotel suite in 1993. Time itself admits itās been unable to independently verify any details of her account.
This isnāt journalism. Itās the same playbook of elevating old, unverified allegations through a Democratic committee document and treating them as news.
The White House has denied the claims. No court has found Trump liable for rape. The report recycles accounts without new corroboration that holds up under scrutiny.
Outlets that traffic in unproven accusations against a sitting president while noting they canāt verify them have crossed into deliberate defamation. The patternās clear. When the targetās Trump, verificationās optional. When the targetās anyone else, the standardās higher.
This is why trust in legacy media keeps collapsing. They donāt report facts. They launder partisan allegations and call it coverage. The American publicās seen this too many times to pretend otherwise.
